I go there mostly to meet friends for a beer. In general, it's not bad there. Beer is usually normal. Delicious lamb kebab. The service is good, but slow. Sometimes it's easier to get your own beer at the bar than to wait for it to be brought.

I liked the mill, and my family, kebabs are well cooked, although salads are seasoned with too many unnecessary sauces, cheeses like Burrata are delicious (not every restaurant will find such cheese),
Tashkent tea is well prepared, a rich wine library, unusual desserts are cool, the staff is polite, in general, let's take a look again ☺️

But the chef and the administrator (in the sense of waiters) still need to work with the serving
Etiquette recommends such a sequence of serving dishes:
first, a cold appetizer (or snacks)
is offered, followed by a hot appetizer
and after them - the first course, for example soup
, then - the second hot dishes - fish
, then - the second hot dishes - meat
, finally, dessert - a sweet dish
followed by fruit
In your wonderful establishment, apparently no one has any idea about this criterion of etiquette. As a result, your guests (visitors), who, I dare say, order lunch for free at your institution, are forced to eat food already cold ...
The staff does not respond to comments, simply ignoring what they are told.
I don't think that the business owner invested and built his business so that the ignorant staff would so mercilessly destroy everything that he had done so hard.
So, Mikhail, with this attitude of your employees, do not expect big profits...
