2. Translators are openly rude. They ask personal questions that are not within their competence. Inappropriate jokes. The level of translation is elementary (at least Russian), it is better to try to convey complex medical terms yourself.
3. They are constantly trying to cheat with payment. Even if you have insurance, you always have to pay extra. We have to swear and find out the details, after which the necessary surcharge becomes much smaller (for example, instead of the requested 500 lira, it turned out that only 100 lira needed to be paid).
You need to be ready to defend your rights.

You will be assigned a guy, and you must inform him a day in advance whether you need a transfer from your home to the clinic and back. One day we stood for half an hour, went back to them and found out that the driver had mistakenly left for another address. There is a cafe in the clinic, the menu is normal. On the recommendation of the waiter, I ordered meat, very tasty. They have a menu in the QR code. But I ran out of the package. Then the waiter was asked for a paper version of the menu. They work well. As everywhere else, if there are a lot of people, they will not fit. Once they couldn't provide us with a transfer, we walked somehow using a Google map or meps.me We spent about $ 300 on everything, that is, we passed the analysis. The first appointment is free of charge. Thank you. But I was told 5 years ago that in my case, IVF should be done. It turns out that nothing has changed. If you need IVF, you need to take pills before the arrival date for 3 months. + 1 month to be in Istanbul. We take tests after 2 weeks of surgery. It is better to come with your wife. Just don't agree to a place like that.
