Our whole family and relatives express their gratitude to the MEMORIAL funeral service in the person of Lyudmila Viktorovna and her team for their help in organizing the funeral of our beloved mother and grandmother! Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and thought out to the smallest detail. Inside there is a comfortable farewell hall (there is also air conditioning, which is very important in such a hot summer). A priest was invited for the funeral service and a memorial table was ordered in the cafe (special thanks for it). The attitude to our grief was tactful, and the words that were uttered by the organizer-manager at the cemetery helped to ease the pain of losing a loved one. And I would also like to thank the men of the funeral service. For their careful and attentive attitude not only to people, but also to the work they did.

My mother died at 3.20 am on Sunday and immediately dialed the number, Ulyana answered me and coordinated in detail what should be done and in what order. There was concern and sincere support throughout the whole process. We arrived at a convenient time for us to select all the funeral supplies in their hall, we were given valuable advice on the selection and price of all the accessories, and we were given enough time. The body was taken to a special room. The funeral could only be held on Monday. They were guided by the burial process. We were able to say goodbye in two stages, on Sunday evening and on the Monday immediately before the burial. I would like to thank Ulyana separately for the complete organization of the entire process.: ordering a place and choosing a menu, she herself went to consecrate kutia, and everything was already packed and handed over, along with candles and a portrait, and even containers for food immediately after burial. It was even surprising that they gave us shoe covers at the cemetery, as it was quite dirty there. And instead of the usual napkins, we managed to wash our hands with warm water after throwing the earth! We forgot to specify that the coffin should be covered with a veil, and even this moment was asked of us before the immersion itself and a veil was provided. Very professional, clear, attentive! And you can pay for everything after receiving the burial allowance, you could even pay in cash and by card. Thanks! That at such a difficult moment in my life, you did everything at the highest level!!!!

Cons: no one offered a price list for services, there are no price tags on goods (except wreaths), hence the coffin and cross turned out to be much more expensive. They wanted to pay for the goods immediately, they talked about it several times, but the hostess, citing personal problems, left, promising to return. As a result, after waiting for her for an hour, they called, she replied that she would not come. We settled with the employees after the completion of everything in the cemetery. We were given a daddy with a list of goods and services and a personal stamp of the hostess (not a stamp). They didn't give me any checks. It's not about money at all, but how everything is designed to confuse people from sudden grief.
