For the manufacture and installation of the monument, choosing from a variety of studios in Minsk, I chose the studio "Memory in stone" (Kazimirovskaya, 37).
I was satisfied with the appearance of the finished complex, the quality of the monument's manufacture and its installation!
The result met my expectations!

A great professional in her field, experienced, correct, restless, does not get annoyed and does not hurry, gives enough time to make the right decision, does not impose her opinion, but very competently and professionally gives important and useful advice, gets involved in the process as much as possible, analyzes all incoming information: what will look good and what will not, what to change and what to leave.
In communicating with Elena, I feel that for her, as for me, the result of the work done is very important.
+ At the same time, a designer works with Elena (online), immediately translates my thoughts and wishes into drawings and graphic drawings. It's very convenient!
+ Elena immediately calculates the cost of the finished product, which is also convenient. At the moment, you can compare your desires with your possibilities.
+ The decoration also deserves attention. The work was done by the artist Pavel. The portrait is 100% similar, the inscriptions are made in accordance with my wishes, replaced the shirt, straightened the shoulder. I liked the quality of the work done and the attitude to work. He reacted instantly to all my wishes, understood them without a word, acted quickly, and did not have to wait. We collaborated online. I am happy with the result!
+ Installers Evgeny and Dmitry tried their best. Friendly, tactful guys, did their job in good faith.
- What I didn't like was the volume and content of the documents that need to be signed before the first payment (the payment consists of 3 parts).
In each clause of the contract, such a meaning was laid down that there should be a catastrophe, most likely not one, and the buyer would be to blame for it.
The agreement was very alarming, caused distrust and strong irritation. The documents that need to be studied and signed, I have 19 SHEETS!!! Who is used to reading documents, before signing, count on the time for such a volume!
The disaster did not happen and such a reinsurance of the studio was unnecessary.
+ The cost did not change in the process, we met the deadlines (I gave a time reserve), the clauses of the contract were respected, my expectations were met.

I would like to express my gratitude to the monument-making studio "Memory in Stone"! I chose a monument for my mother, initially I could not determine and did not know which was better. Elena told everything, showed sketches, offered several options, modeled on the computer how the monument would look, made a detailed calculation of the payment. Everything is fast, confident, transparent. The monument was installed ahead of schedule, and a photo report was sent at each stage. I will definitely recommend it to my friends
