I don't know if all the clothes in this store belong to the FeoBogdana brand or some were taken for sale. But I want to write a review about the insulated jacket from Bogdana Feoktisova. I was visiting Minsk, liked the jacket, bought it and took it to Moscow. During the socks, I found that the insulation was climbing very much, both inside and outside, all my clothes were in white lint. I informed Bogdana about this, to which she agreed to take the jacket and see what was wrong with it. I sent the jacket to Minsk. The marriage was confirmed and they said that the jacket would be sewn again for me. I did not expect such customer orientation and service, I was absolutely delighted, I started recommending the brand to all my friends. But when I got a new jacket, I was upset - it was sewn from a different material, from a rough fabric, a different shade, it sat on me quite differently. It was no longer the jacket that I liked initially and which I bought, for a moment, for 7000 rubles. If I had measured this new jacket in the store, I definitely would not have taken it for myself. Why wasn't I informed that there would be changes in the jacket? Why didn't you get my consent? I thought that they would change the insulation or treat it in such a way that it would not come out, and they would not sew a completely different jacket. I was very upset, I did not apply again. The jacket is hanging in the closet, I don't wear it. Sorry for the time and money spent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying insulated jackets of this designer.
