I recently visited Mendeleev and was very pleased! The atmosphere of the establishment is stylish and cozy, pleasant lighting and music create the right mood. Special thanks to the staff – they are attentive, polite, prompt and serve you quickly. I was pleased with the cuisine: the dishes are served beautifully, everything is fresh and delicious. The drinks are also on the same level, the bartenders obviously know their stuff. We have prepared an incomparable Whiskey sour, the prices are adequate for this level. I will definitely come back again and I can safely recommend this place to my friends!

It successfully combines elements of modern design with classic pub aesthetics — brickwork, wood, soft light. An ideal place for a noisy group of friends, as well as for a romantic date. Clean, stylish and very comfortable. Food is the main character (5/5): This is the very reason why you want to come back here again and again. · Burger "[Name, if you remember]": It's a work of art! Juicy medium roast marble patty, perfectly melted cheese, crispy bacon and its own spicy sauce. Brioche does not get wet and does not crumble. One of the best in the city! · Own beer appetizer (for example, onion rings or wings): This is not a frozen semi-finished product, but clearly hand-made. Crispy, low-fat crust and juicy contents. The sauces are also self—made - you can feel the concern for quality. Main course (for example, ribs or steak): The ribs melted in your mouth, moving away from the bone perfectly. The marinade and sauce are balanced, not cloying and do not clog the taste of meat. The pitch is perfect. Bar menu (5/5): A huge selection of craft beers for every taste — from classic IPAs to some incredible experimental varieties. The staff is well versed in the assortment and can competently recommend beer for the chosen dish. There is also a great selection of whiskey and signature cocktails, which are not a shame to serve in a good bar. Maintenance (5/5): Special respect to the staff!The receptionist is polite and friendly, the waiters are attentive but unobtrusive. They know the menu very well, answered all questions in detail and with interest, and helped with the choice. Everything was served quickly, despite the fact that there were many guests in the hall. Bottom line: The price/quality ratio is absolutely fair.You don't pay for a "name" or a pretentious interior, but for high-quality products, culinary skills, and excellent service. To whom I recommend: To all those who appreciate good cuisine, craft beer and a warm atmosphere. I was in this pub — I had only pleasant impressions! 🎶 Very good music, DJ — just knows how to rock the hall! The host also does a great job and knows how to rock the guests, the atmosphere is cheerful and without pathos. The waiters are attentive, the service is fast and courteous. I don't recommend it. We had it yesterday, it wasn't delicious, the chicken hearts in the batter were too salty, the warm beef salad wasn't expressive, the dark draught still gave me a headache. You have to call the staff, sometimes for a long time. We regretted coming in. The hookah was good, but that's not why we came in. There was a raffle for a trip to Italy (they did not participate). A professional dancer won the final, but he had danced before without showing his professionalism, and the music that was played for his performance was very different from the others. It was a great dance, but it left the impression of a fake prank aimed at attracting customers. I repeat, we did not participate in the drawing, we found out about it at the entrance to the establishment, from the receptionist.

I decided to celebrate my birthday in this restaurant, as I initially liked the room on the outdoor terrace and the design of the hall. But later the disadvantages began. The microclimate flooded all the tables and the floor in the hall, the dim light made it impossible to really see what was being served at the table. The dishes are tasteless. In general, I was unhappy. At the first meeting with Sogdiana's manager, I was informed that from Monday to Thursday (and my birthday was on Thursday) there was a 40% discount on all menus. After making the order, instead of the 1 kg hot one, they brought me a huge bone with a small amount of meat weighing 3 kg and explained that there was no other way to cook, but at the same time they promised (again) that there would be a 40% discount. I didn't argue, so as not to spoil the mood for myself or the guests. As a result, they brought a receipt without discounts. After my indignation, they made a 40% discount only on this huge bone, everything else remained without discounts... The mood was spoiled and the bill exceeded all my expectations. I won't be visiting this place anymore.

The establishment definitely needs to work on the kitchen - we arrived to eat meat stewed in a tuxedo, but it was not ready for order at 8 p.m., as well as half of the dishes from the steaks and grill section. As a result, the waiter offered to order a drumstick with pasta and cheese for the company, which we did. We waited a little over an hour, but the meat did not meet expectations - it was too tough, I was already tired of chewing. Of the lemonades, we tried strawberries-passion fruit, berry and raspberry-vanilla - we unanimously decided that only the first one was delicious, berry was with some bitterness, and vanilla was not at all in the lemonade. On the positive side, I remember the beer and snacks, as well as the musical bingo that was held that evening, it was fun. The bill went out to 300 thousand per person, most likely we will return for stewed meat.
