A self-service municipal enterprise located in a central location. Both indoor and outdoor seating has been provided and it stands out in this aspect. I usually come by because the bus card can be filled out. The employees are kind and caring. They have created a nice environment where tea can be drunk, chatting with friends. The prices are quite economical.
