I recently reserved a table at your restaurant, looking forward to an enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I found people already seated at the reserved table, and the only available table was not yet clean. Additionally, the table provided was not the one I specifically requested and was willing to pay extra for.
I spoke to someone, who attempted to rectify the situation by moving tables around. However, this unorganized state and the inconvenience it caused led me to leave very disappointed.
I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve your reservation and seating process, ensuring a more pleasant experience for your patrons in the future.
