About 15-20 customers who came after me completed their transactions within 1-2 hours and left, while they were kept waiting for more than 8 hours for maintenance performed in other services in 1 hour, and my vehicle was delivered at 17.45. Even the lamp sensor that gives a warning on the vehicle screen has not been looked at, and although it has been stated that detailed cleaning will be done, some cursory places have been deleted. When I contacted again for a sensor alert, a detection fee was charged. However, I think that this control should be carried out within the scope of maintenance. After I did not agree to pay the fee for the detection again, it was stated that the sensor should be changed without any examination and an expensive cost was presented from the primer. With the information I received from a different service, I learned that there is no need for such a change, only a light bulb change will be enough.
