I ordered from Yerevan City by Menu.am application. They mentioned approximate delivery time 9:30-9:40, but courier arrived 9:16 (which i didn’t expected), I was busy and didn’t see he came as I wasn’t expecting him earlier (i order from menu.am more than 7 years, never happened that courier arrives sooner than the mentioned time). At 9:35 wrote to see where is he, and it became obvious that he already left, and they DIDN’T give my money back, which was 12000 AMD. So be careful, the courier can come earlier and for some technical issue you cannot reach you, and you loose all your order money.

They illegally debited money from a bank card without providing my order, and the full amount was debited.I wrote to support 7 minutes after placing the order about the change of the delivery address.Tech support reported that the deliveryman would not be able to deliver to another address (although this address is located 1 km from the first address and is part of the restaurant's delivery service location).I asked to cancel the delivery, I was informed that there would be charges, I was not told about the amount of the charge.Usually, according to the terms of this company, they always charge 99 drams, it is indicated there if you contact technical support within 10 minutes, and the rest of the order amount is refunded to you within a day.After that, I saw that I had been charged the entire amount for an order that I hadn't received.I asked a question to tech support.They told me that I had agreed to write-offs.But at the same time, I was not informed that the entire amount would be debited, knowing this, I would have picked up my delivery from another address.Now I can say that these are not legitimate withdrawals from my bank card.I did not receive my order, although I contacted technical support within 7 minutes regarding delivery and the supervisor was already aware that my order was in question.During this time, even the food will not have time to defrost.I did not receive the order and just like that, the full amount of the order was debited from me without refund.

I recently placed an order for the fourth time, there are no complaints. I make an order from Moscow, sometimes for my grandmother, sometimes for friends, everything arrives on time and in excellent condition. Thank you.
