To replace it, you need to pay for Computer services, Paperwork (so that the girl gives an application just for signature) and for the very issuance of a VU (at the time of writing the review, about 60 rubles). Payment via ERIP is made using a personal number in the passport, no receipts are required (I only gave the documents and said that I paid everything). Then they gave me to sign a printed statement, called me to a photo (yes, they call me by my last name) and told me the time (the next day) to come for ready-made rights. Total time - 30 minutes in the queue, 5 minutes registration, 10 minutes waiting for a photo, 5 minutes of the photographing process itself = 50 minutes. Good luck to all and short queues
