I am very old customers. They used to be very good, but recently there have been some problems with the service. Although it is a corporate company, things are now being solved only with the initiative of customer representatives in the service. They can also sometimes get stuck at some point. The company receives regular feedback from customers, but this is just data collection, no action is taken regarding the complaint you have submitted. Everyone sells a single car,to be able to offer service after the sale. In summary, we will buy and watch another service for a while in a cautiously optimistic way. I took my berlingo brand car to the Citroen mepa authorized service center for general maintenance. The authorized service officer said that there is a chain-related problem during maintenance, that this is a chronic problem in these vehicles, and Citroen has launched a campaign for this. They said that my car is already in the campaign call and will be replaced for free. My car has been waiting idly at the Citroen mepa service for 14 days and they haven't delivered my car. 1 week has passed and they said that the artificial intelligence did not give approval for the chain change to my vehicle. Dec. They want 55,000-odd liras extra money from me for chain exchange... I feel like I've been officially deceived. I can't imagine how such a big company tries to victimize its customer in this way. Our vehicle is a technical service vehicle and there is no accounting for the damage we have lost during these 14 days. I have called the General Directorate many times and asked them this; the master of a company you have given Citroen authorized service says that there is a chain-related problem with this vehicle. You don't trust your own master, do you believe in artificial intelligence? They told me that they believe in artificial intelligence... These actions are unfair and unlawful. I will complain to Citroen mepa service and general directorate and I will call my rights. They took my car, and they want my time, and on top of that, they want my money extra. What a pity...
