It was somewhat unusual to get a paper card in my hands - nevertheless, in private clinics, for more than a second year, basically everything is in electronic form.
It was also unusual that the recording (at least, I had it that way) was not a recording for a specific time of reception, but as if it were a recording, but as if you were also sitting in a queue.
And separately: yes, wherever I did an X-ray, I had its results recorded on a disc. In another clinic, it was necessary to come with your disk, but here you were provided with a disk, which is even more convenient. But maybe it's time to switch to flash drives / memory cards and / or give the opportunity to choose to receive information by mail? (It is uploaded to the cloud and a link is sent even to the messenger, but you still leave the data - a mobile phone at least). The new generation of laptops goes without a disk drive at all, I can't even look at the disk in any way))) But this is not a minus and did not hurt, just as a thought
