We've been here to see a cardiologist, an ENT, an optometrist, and we've taken pictures and ultrasounds more than once. I highly recommend Gubarevich's pediatric dentist, Alevtina Alekseevna. We've been with her for years. The child goes to her without question.
The only thing I can say about the quality of treatment is about the dentist. The quality is excellent! We went to the other specialists for an examination. But this is enough to understand that the staff is quite qualified. The problem, as in many clinics, is the same - it is not always immediately possible to get an appointment, but you need to make an appointment how many days in advance.
In terms of reception time, we almost never waited. Admission is strictly based on the time of recording. There is enough time for an appointment, no one is in a hurry.

And separately: yes, wherever I did an X-ray, I had its results recorded on a disc. In another clinic, it was necessary to come with your disk, but here you were provided with a disk, which is even more convenient. But maybe it's time to switch to flash drives / memory cards and / or give the opportunity to choose to receive information by mail? (It is uploaded to the cloud and a link is sent even to the messenger, but you still leave the data - a mobile phone at least). The new generation of laptops goes without a disk drive at all, I can't even look at the disk in any way))) But this is not a minus and did not hurt, just as a thought

Over the course of several visits, my opinion has only changed for the worse.
Parking is always problematic.
There are queues in the corridors, there are a lot of people.
The queue for the administrator can be through the hall, through the corridor and up to the elevator.
I understand that postponing the appointment time or even the appointment date for a specialist is a common practice.
There may even be a live queue of transferred patients near the office.
The doctor can receive and work with 2-3 patients at the same time. And of course it's hard for him to focus on me alone with my problems.
They opened a paper card. Like in a Soviet polyclinic.
It surprised me at all.
The MRI machine does not give the best image. I got the impression that Lode has an order of magnitude better quality.
Anyway, the whole service and treatment process is kind of low-grade.
It's clear that I've come across better and worse doctors. But when the doctor doesn't want to answer treatment questions. In the case of a "paid consultation", this is generally the bottom.

On 22.02.2025, for the first time, we had an appointment with the children's orthopedist Ivanuschik Varvara. Right from the start, the doctor began by telling her that she was finally at the end of her shift and showed by her whole appearance that she was tired. And she complained about being on duty on Sunday . Let me remind you that we have a paid appointment at a private clinic. Further, she did not answer any additional questions after the examination, clearly stating that "actually, she needs to write a conclusion in silence," and we will go to the pediatrician there and ask ... it was disrespectful! Also, during the examination, my daughter cried, as she was completely undressed and she was only 2 months old, she was worried. To which I calmed her down immediately so as not to interfere with the examination, but also so that the child would not panic. After the examination, when the doctor said that it was okay to get dressed, I took the child in my arms and listened to the doctor, asking the question that interested me -the doctor began to speak in a haughty tone -so that I would calm down. What's the point? The child was screaming, but she was annoyed, and why did she allow herself to say such phrases as "calm down"? I was at the reception with my husband, he was sitting next to me and saw the behavior of the "tired" doctor the same way.In fact, it 's not a pleasant visit with a newborn, my husband and I have the same opinion and mixed feelings . We like the clinic, but we won't go to the doctor anymore. It's a pity not only the money for the visit, but also the time and the child.

Good afternoon!I would like to leave a complaint about the gynecologist Lasuta Svetlana Valentinovna. I was examined by her for a long time, and she seemed to me to be a good specialist, until she scheduled a colposcopy, during which I was diagnosed with a virus, according to the doctor, "sexually transmitted ONLY, it can be HPV, chlamydia and anything else." In general, I was intimidated and sent for tests for STDs. I passed everything, it turned out that none of the above was found, some kind of ureaplasm unknown to me was discovered. According to Svetlana Valentinovna, she was sexually transmitted to me from my regular partner. (I immediately thought about cheating, thanks). And then the doctor prescribed me a huge list of pills, some of which are Unidox, they hit the body super hard and are generally intended for the treatment of SYPHILIS. All these techniques and a mountain of harmful pills cost me a lot. After taking the pills, I started having thrush, and I decided to go to another clinic to another doctor, who was horrified by what pills I was drinking and from what (ureaplasma). The new doctor told me in detail about the research on ureaplasma, and it turned out that this is an ordinary tenant inside women (well, like a pimple for example). An infection that does not belong to those that are sexually transmitted, and is not treated at all, and in general it should not be paid attention to, because recent studies have not shown a connection between ureaplasma even with the same infertility. I also studied on my own some studies by such cool doctors as Dmitry Lubnin and Elena Jamale, both of whom confirmed that ureaplasma is not even worth paying attention to.
I already had problems with your clinic regarding a dentist who healed my tooth for a lot of money, and then this tooth got sick again and another doctor explained to me that it wasn't about caries at all, as your doctor said. In general, a question for the clinic, are you sure that you have competent specialists who keep up with the times and have all the information about new research, or is the goal of your clinic to get as much money as possible from poor uninformed clients?Thanks for attention.

What a horror! The electronic queue does not work, and there are a lot of parents with young children, and, of course, everyone (in this situation) climbs forward-well, just like a polyclinic! After standing in line on the ground floor, they tell me that my reception desk is on another floor. This was not mentioned by the call center during the recording or during the call during the day. And it's kind of weird that there weren't even shoe covers at the entrance....

Hello, I am disappointed with the consultation. I signed up with a hip replacement request to find out which joints are in your clinic, what is their difference and which ones will be put on me - and I received the conclusion that I need to change joints. I'm sorry, but it's not even funny, I already knew that I had replacement joints. When I tried to ask Dr. Beletsky A.V. specifically about hip implants, I was told that the doctor works with knee replacement. And why did I waste my time and money then?
The desire to continue working with the clinic disappeared completely when I was billed... 150 rubles instead of the stated 97 rubles. for what I already knew!
Fortunately, the registration office on the ground floor found out that they did not give me a discount and refunded the overpayment.
I am shocked and confused, I want professional help and good reliable prosthetics. But how can I go to you for surgery if I can't even find out about joint prostheses in your clinic.

And again, you need to pay about 70p for the reception. For this money, the doctor doesn't even examine you. I thought, at least, the payment for the operation includes postoperative support - an examination and a control MRI. So no! Just 5 minutes of communication with the doctor for 70 rubles.... Somehow it is not very beautiful... People have been collecting money for surgery for years, but you can't at least make a checkup free...
