The food selection is good, everything is delicious, but almost all the seats are occupied, it's hard to sit down somewhere. I had to wait for an empty table with plates. We took the meals - breakfast + dinner. There was a blessing for dinner - there are few people, you can safely choose and eat. Every evening there is a themed dinner. We liked it. Once there was a seafood evening, the seafood selection was excellent. The hotel has a small pool, and there are very few sun beds, but sometimes we managed to find empty seats. I chose the Mercure Apartments Dubai Barsha hotel, which I had already visited about 10 years ago. The hotel is perfect for a comfortable stay in Dubai with a good value for money. I stayed in a suite with a view of the city (room about 60 m) on the 38th floor, the room was two-room, sometimes I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator. The hotel has apartments with a kitchen, previously we stayed in this option. It's spacious, clean, and cozy. Everything necessary for the stay was available. A great option for a family or company who values personal space. Cleaning was carried out regularly. I only took breakfasts, which can be described as medium in variety (standard options: scrambled eggs/ omelet, sausages, porridges, pastries, fruits, yoghurts, coffee/tea). However, you will definitely not stay hungry – there is enough food to have a hearty breakfast and start the day. A big plus of the hotel is the organized free scheduled beach transfers! We took them to the Marina, Palm (Jumeirah) and to the public beaches near Burj Al Arab (Sail). It is very convenient and allows you to visit different locations without the extra cost of a taxi. The schedule was clear, and the transfers were running smoothly. You only need to sign up in the evening. Wi-Fi was working perfectly throughout the hotel. The staff was polite and helpful, and there are staff at the reception who speak Russian. The Internet City metro station is just a minute away, and it is convenient to get to any location. The hotel is tired compared to 13, when it belonged to another chain, it was lighter and in vivid colors, now it is a little dark. I love Emirates for its security and good service.

The bathroom had a clogged sink twice, and the smell of sewage was constant. The towels are old and there are constant interruptions. They can take it away and not bring it. I called 3 times, I asked. Water in glass bottles (reusable), weird and squeamish. We bought water at a nearby store for the entire vacation. There is a huge problem with the elevators, you can wait for 10-15 minutes. There were a lot of people in the cafe, there was a queue at the entrance for breakfast, they were not allowed in until a table was available. The food is monotonous, but you won't stay hungry. On the 8th floor there is a swimming pool, gym and spa. You can smoke on the 8th floor and in the bar on the 1st floor. If they ask if I will return to this hotel, definitely not.

Good afternoon. We just returned from Dubai. We lived in this hotel. The room is great on the 28th floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two balconies, a dining area, three large TVs. There is water, tea, and coffee in the room. Bathrobes, slippers are all there. What I didn't really like was that the pool alone on the 8th floor was too small for such a hotel. We took a taxi to the beach, because we had to sign up for the bus at 7 a.m. Take your towels to the Public Beach, it's public, there are no sun loungers either. And I didn't really like the food. The breakfasts are not bad. Dinners are worse. The dishes are signed only in Arabic and English. And in general, few people speak Russian. So learn spoken English. There are 8 elevators. The hotel was chosen because it was close to the subway in order to go to the amusement park one day, in fact, just to spend the night and have a snack. Then we moved to a hotel on the coast. Overall, the room is large, comfortable, and the view is good. Meals for 4. But there are a lot of buts: 1. Queues for breakfast and elevators 2. In the pool, my son developed a terrible allergy to water, and his eyes became swollen. This has never happened before. The other hotel, where we went next, also had pools. And there was no such allergy anymore. 3. The kettle was broken in the room, replaced on request 4. There were no towels for 4 people, 2 sets were brought upon request 5. They turned a blind eye to cleanliness and stains on carpets and furniture. 6. Well, I will describe the most basic below.: We were going to leave the hotel earlier than 12:00, at 8:00 we were scheduled to leave for an excursion to the desert. Since there are long queues for breakfast and the elevator, we decided to go straight downstairs, leave our suitcase, have breakfast and wait for the driver. We went to the reception, warned, handed over the keys and left the suitcase in the luggage room. We calmly went to breakfast, and when we returned after breakfast, we were informed that a marble countertop was broken in one of the bathrooms. We are in shock, we didn't break anything, we didn't drop it, in order to break it, something heavy had to fall there, and we only had toothbrushes there. To make sure that the numbers were not confused, we took the elevator to check. We actually found a chip on the countertop and the supervisor showed us some kind of bag with small fragments, but the chip was decent enough. And there was no big splinter anywhere. March 2025, we stayed in several hotels in Dubai, there is something to compare it with... + a large room with two rooms, an amazing view from the balcony (for which you have to pay extra), we did not take the cheapest room with breakfast and a view of the city. - Except for the refrigerator (which does not cool normally), a kettle and a couple of glasses, there is nothing in the kitchen, spoons, plates, the claimed microwave and washing machine. But there are two slow-moving TVs. you can't reach the sea, it's very far to the beach, and the entire coastal area is behind a fence in private ownership. There is a bus that takes you to the beach, but you need to sign up for it at 7 a.m. they said in the evening, and in the morning at 6:50 a.m. they told me that everything was busy for the next few days, and when we took a taxi to the beach, paying 2700rubles back and forth for a taxi, we saw our bus going to the same beach half empty... the rooms are dirty, the mirrors are stained, the kitchen table is sticky, the TV is generally filled with something incomprehensible. There are two towels in the bathroom. A torn duvet cover, stains on the sheets, there was no sleeping place for the child, they went down to the reception - they said everything would be in 15 minutes... I waited 2 hours for a blanket, a sheet and a cushion for the sofa to be brought, after making up the sofa, gornechny hesitated for a long time in the doorway hinting that I should give him something, having received nothing, he did not lose hope and immediately brought 3 dressing gowns, slippers, bathroom accessories and towels, I said thank you to him and closed the door... The next day, half of the towels and two rolled-up dressing gowns were gone, but the one my wife was using was not touched (the robe had a half-torn pocket and was stained). They cleaned up our place a couple of times in 6 days. But on the other hand, the annoying concierge literally demanded that we personally give him a good review on Google. The queue at the restaurant for breakfast was already at 7:30. We had to wait forever for the elevators.
