The hotel is very well located. There is a metro station nearby, cafes and shops nearby, and the center is not far away. We had a suite on the 31st floor - it is a very spacious modern two-room suite. The pool is not bad, there is a heated children's pool, a Jacuzzi with hot water outdoors. Cons: the breakfasts are monotonous, there is a very limited choice of dishes, it gets boring on day 3. You have to ask the staff for everything all the time: they will not bring water themselves, towels will be taken away and new ones will not be brought, bathrobes and slippers on request, etc. The hotel accommodates about 3,000 people and was 98% loaded (in the first half of April), respectively, you need to wait a long time for the elevator and get up early for breakfast to avoid queues for food and find an empty table. I would hardly stay here a second time, only if I didn't have breakfast. Next to the gas station, you can have a budget breakfast at Papa John's, there is a great pizza (or rather, take it with you to your room) or at burger King. There is a business center across the street, there are a couple of great cafes there. Little Bangkok with Asian food and Japanese cuisine, there are only rolls.

A great hotel. We had a room with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the 32nd floor. Great location. Metro, bus-everything is nearby. The kitchen is wonderful. There's something new every night. It's good that it's fashionable to swap the sides. I take off the star for the service / cleaning. We could not bring bed linen for the child on the extra bed and towels all day. I'm not talking about bathrobes and shampoo. As a result, we already went to "inspect" the utility room at night. We got almost everything. Even a pillow. The kit was delivered the next day after 10!!!! Reminders. Well, the little things. The robe was not brought at all.

A great hotel in Dubai. The location is at 10. When you leave the hotel, you immediately get into the air-conditioned subway. We took accommodation with breakfast. Nutrition is above all praise. I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Mercure Dubai Barsha Heights Hotel Suites And Apartments, and I want to share my impressions.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right at the metro station. Three stops from the JBR beach metro station, in the other direction two stops from the Emirates Mall metro station. They went everywhere on their own or by taxi.
But here we got into a downpour in Dubai on 04/16/24, and found ourselves imprisoned in a hotel, the subway did not work for 3 days, there were no taxi drivers for several days, it is not possible to get anywhere. Therefore, we spent time only at the hotel, the pool, the fitness room is good.
About the weather - if you see that it will rain with a thunderstorm, stay at the hotel, do not go anywhere, it is dangerous in Dubai. They have the entire infrastructure running at once.
Our compatriots decided to spend a rainy day in the malls, and when they left in the evening, the subway was closed, so there were no bridges, and people had to return to the hotel by car at night in knee-deep water. No tourists were warned about such a disaster.
Some with children did not dare to walk 5 km to the hotel at night, they spent the night on a bench in the shopping center.
About the hotel - we checked into a nice room in the evening with a view of the Sail and the bay. But at the reception they wanted to give us this room at first for an additional fee, the Russian girl at the reception decided the issue, since the room was already well paid.
The room was not prepared for 4 people, the kettle did not work, the sofa was barely disassembled for children.
I gave 4 dirhams and brought an iron with an ironing board.
Water was not brought to the room for 5 days until they complained to the manager . Although we told the cleaners that there was no water in the room (1 bottle of water per day is allowed), it was clearly not enough, we went to karefur every day to get water.

But the noise from the road is constant and very loud, especially annoying at night. You can sleep with noise-absorbing headphones. The room on the 38th floor was nice, spacious, two-room with a fresh renovation, with a balcony. All the equipment is working, there are shampoos. Missing items must be requested through guest relations or by calling the number 0. Not immediately, but they will bring it. We asked for bathrobes, slippers and a third towel. Water is brought in liter bottles, if it runs out, you can ask to bring a new one. They bring it within an hour.
The breakfasts are monotonous, literally the same thing from day to day, but I didn't get tired of it in a week. They make an omelet, there are always fruits and vegetables. Come early, then there will be more places, and there is a veranda if there is not enough.
By the way, we were not charged a deposit, apparently tired of explaining what it is and why) Tour.our weekly fee is 120 dirhams, to be paid immediately upon check-in.
The area is full of shops, there is even an alcohol market, a cafe, and in general the area is not bad, cozy, you can just walk in the evening. Number five! 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies (38th floor).
The service is unobtrusive: the towels were not left after cleaning, the water was not brought, and so on. On request, everything is brought, though not quickly (water, towels, bathrobes, slippers).
The location is the main advantage that 30 meters from the entrance to the subway passage is fast and cool in summer.
The breakfasts are simple, with an emphasis on local cuisine, but generally good. Watermelons and melons were in June.
The pool is frankly small for such a large hotel, but if you really want to swim, there is an opportunity.
Carrefour is a 15-minute walk away.
We tried to walk to the sea in the morning - it didn't work out) the nearest beach Al Sufouh (40 min walk) was closed.

I want to say right away, guys, in this hotel, take rooms of the “Skyline view” category-these are clean, beautiful, spacious two-room rooms (60sq.m) with excellent views of the city, on high floors.

There are 40 floors in this hotel, we were settled on the last one-a kind of bomb (photo attached)!
For some reason, we didn't have a balcony in our room, although the guys from the 37th floor had one, but we weren't too upset about it.
From the 9th-26th floor there are apartments, respectively from 27-40 skyline.
There were no complaints about the room, they were cleaned every day, you ask for bathrobes and slippers on the first day, you must provide them.
Water is also brought on request without problems.
As for the food:
1. Breakfast is a simple buffet, there are a lot of people, sometimes there are not enough places for everyone.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-January 2024. A good four even by Dubai standards.
Positive:
1. Location - the entrance to the metro station is close to the hotel building. The location itself is exactly in the center, at equal distances from all key attractions.
2. The rooms are large, comfortable, two-room, the view from the window and from the balcony is amazing, remember for a lifetime. The only thing is to take the Skyline view room from the 28th floor and above. It is important.
3. The price - in January it was very simple for a hotel of this class. I still don't understand why it's so cheap. Now in February it is much more expensive, even taking into account the season.
4. Staff - there are Russian speakers, always eager to help and solve any problem. And where there is a misunderstanding, an extra 5 dirhams of tips work wonders.: The staff will bow to you like magi until all your questions are resolved.
5. Daily there are 2 transfers from the hotel to the beach, Kite Beach, a very atmospheric place, we liked it very much. And a transfer to the Dubai Outlet Mall every day is also a useful thing. I'm not a fan of clothes, but you can really buy cheap first-class things from the officials there.
Minuses:
1. The highway is audible. It didn't bother us, we slept like babies after the day's adventures, but I admit that particularly sensitive natures will be unhappy.
2. Queues for breakfast - sometimes you have to wait for staff to wipe the table free. Well, in general, there is a lot of fuss, there are a lot of people. The quality of the breakfasts is good.
3. Elevators - sometimes you have to wait for several minutes. My wife was a little stressed by this, I'm fine. It depends on the person again.
What else to note: every evening, on days of the week, there is some activity in the hotel restaurant. We had a seafood buffet on Friday evening, we really liked it. We have never seen so much marine exoticism, and the ritual with serving and serving is at the level of the best restaurants. I highly recommend it, the specifics of this particular hotel.
There is a swimming pool in the hotel and a gym, but we never used them - there were too many interesting things around, we only came to the hotel to spend the night and have breakfast.
Next to the hotel there is a block with skyscrapers, Barsha Heights. No one writes about it in the reviews here, and in the evening walks are just amazing on it.
In total, subjectively, I would give this hotel a solid five. But I am a lover of budget holidays without unnecessary claims. By my standards, one of the two best hotels I've stayed in. Only the "five" was better in Thailand. But if you are not strapped for money and are used to the level of the Hilton and the most luxurious hotels, then you will not like it here, the hotel is still democratic enough. A good level, but without unnecessary luxury. At the same time, in terms of price-quality ratio, it is one of the best hotels in Dubai.

Great food! Variety and sophistication of dishes and desserts.
We lived in an apartment, a kitchen, a huge bathroom, a bedroom, a separate guest room where you can have a snack or just relax sitting on the sofa. A room with a washing machine.
The room is slightly "killed" and at first spoils the impression and mood, but then the pros outweigh the cons and everything comes back to normal ;)

The main advantage of the hotel is its location on the main street of the city. It is easy and fast to get to all the attractions. There is also a metro station nearby, which also increases mobility.

Old frames that did not save from noise
An old built-in closet where the doors popped out of the rails and it was hard to open them
Problems with the air conditioner, which caused all clothes and underwear to be wet

The only three advantages of this hotel are:

The rooms are dirty, cockroaches are present, the sauna is rotten, the pool is dirty, after visiting there was a rash on the body, on the first day. (you won't be able to sunbathe, the pool is covered with an awning), the food is monotonous. You can ask for water for a day to be brought to the room, you will not find anything so cool here. They also lost my suitcase, but then they found it, I was sitting without things. The breakfast room is small, queues accumulate, you have to get up at 8 to eat. There are better threes than this dump, with mud smeared in the corners.
