I liked everything, good breakfast, location, service, the rooms are warm and cozy despite the fact that the building is old, but it is being renovated, next time I will definitely consider this hotel for a stay

Externally, the hotel is not bad, but inside you will find solid disappointments. Let's start with the shower, a rolled-up towel was waiting for us at the entrance to the bathroom, we did not attach importance to this, but in vain... it turns out that if this towel is removed, you can flood the room, because the shower ladder is designed incorrectly and water begins to pour not into the hole in the floor but into the area with the toilet and then into the room. And a towel is such a barrier that can help not to flood everything for a limited amount of time. Let's move on, air conditioning... it exists only nominally, because at 23 degrees Celsius it is already the heating season outside in Serbia, which means that the "air conditioner" works for heat, not cold. But you can open the window, right?! I tried, but there is one small problem - even with the windows closed, it is very noisy in the rooms, because garbage trucks are working outside at 2 a.m., the hum from ventilation, people screaming half the night... and the reception says we can't help you, and if you go to another hotel, we won't refund the money, it wasn't us who came up with it, but the aggregator through which you booked. In general, not a hotel, but a fairy tale for not at all fabulous, but very real money, which you will be refused a refund.
