We just got back from this hotel. We chose based on reviews and, most importantly, on location. At the exit of the hotel, immediately enter the subway! We have never used a taxi, as the metro will take you to all major locations. I'll start with check-in, we arrived early, so we immediately asked for early check-in (200 dirhams), plus a tourist tax of 150 dirhams for 6 nights. The room was given on the 40th floor (we asked for the highest one). The view is amazing. The room is two-room, large, it has everything you need (kettle, coffee, refrigerator, water, bathroom accessories). We took breakfast / dinner, as such a system saves a good budget. The buffet is excellent, and the dinners are above all praise.:salads, meat in various variations, chicken, fish, shrimp, squid, etc. Fruits:pineapples, melons, watermelons, papayas, apples, bananas, tangerines, dates. Delicious desserts. For breakfast, drinks include nesquik, coffee, tea, orange juice, and apple juice. For dinner, only water was free, but we got juice from a nearby store and came with our own. It is better to arrive early for breakfast, as there is a small queue after 9. There is no queue for dinners. There is a swimming pool on the 8th floor, we went a couple of times, it's normal, you can swim, there is a Jacuzzi. The hotel also provides shuttles to the beach, you need to make an appointment a day in advance, but we didn't need it, we took the subway to the DMCC stop and walked past Dubai Marina to JBR beach. In general, we were completely satisfied with this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We left late, asked to extend the room, extended it for 250 dirhams. I definitely recommend it.

When choosing this hotel, there were doubts because of the reviews. As a result: the hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. There were no problems with the settlement at all. The girl Daria was settling in. We had a room: a two-room suite. The room is very large. A large living room, two spacious bedrooms, one of them a master bedroom, two bathrooms. Two balconies. The renovation is not new, but everything is quite decent. Beautiful view from the windows, the only dirty windows. The building is high-rise, next to the road, therefore, it is expected. Cleaning every day, Anop was cleaned. Water was replenished every day. If something was needed, we were ready to help without any problems. The staff is very friendly. The senior cleaning manager of Astoney also came and checked the quality of the cleaning, asking if we were satisfied with everything. On the eighth floor there are pools for adults and children. There is also a Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. Women and men are separated. When we were relaxing, the sauna wasn't working. There is a fitness room in the other wing on the eighth floor. The hall is quite spacious and full-fledged. There is everything you need for a good workout. Sometimes we had to wait for the elevators, sometimes we couldn't leave right away because the elevator was full, but we didn't see anything wrong with that. A couple of minutes of waiting is not scary. There is a shuttle service to the beach, but we got there on our own by bus 88, which stops opposite the hotel on the opposite side of the highway. Runs about every half hour, travel to Jumeirah Public beach is three dirhams. There used to be a beach within walking distance, we really liked it, there were few people there, but it has been closed for two years. Security guards are not allowed on the beach. I can't say anything about the food, we didn't eat at the hotel.

We stayed at the hotel from 2.01.2026 to 8.01.2026. The room we got, 3923, is on the 39th floor, 41 floors in total. The apartment consists of a living room with a balcony, 2 rooms, each with a separate toilet and a bathtub. There is an additional huge balcony in one room. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. On the 39th floor, the view is breathtaking, the view from the room is gorgeous, the view is great: you can see the sea and the Parus hotel. The room is spacious, each room has a TV. The beds are good, the mattresses are comfortable, the bed is snow-white, starched. There is a hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Hygiene supplies include shampoo with conditioner, liquid soap, toothbrushes, one-time paste, shower caps, toilet paper. In the living room, there is a small kitchen corner: a kettle, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, cream are brought every day. They bring a bottle of water per person, but if it's all over, just call from the room and they'll bring more. There is a small refrigerator. Bathrobes are provided, but they will bring them only if you remind and ask several times, this must be done very persistently. There are slippers in the room, three days later they were replaced, and new ones were brought to us. There are towels, they are changed every day if you put them on the floor. Towels are only 2 per person: large and small.Cleaning was done every day at about 4 p.m. There are many places in the hotel that can be visited - an outdoor pool on the 8th floor + a Jacuzzi, a bar, a children's pool. Lawn tennis-41st floor, bars, karaoke, fitness room, sports bar, billiards, library, souvenir shops, etc. The hotel is located right next to the metro. Nearby there are small shops- grocery, hardware, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants… The food at the hotel is good, we only took breakfast. We went to breakfast at 8.00-8.30, and later there was a long queue to enter the restaurant. On the downside, the cleaning in the rooms leaves much to be desired: mirrors, dirty windows, poorly cleaned floors, and rarely vacuumed carpets. Elevators are a different story- during rush hours it is impossible to leave from a lower floor, so you need to go to another wing for other elevators. The overall impression of the hotel is good, I recommend it.

The view from the room is gorgeous! There are good shops and cafes nearby, as well as the red metro line. If you set a goal, then in 2 hours you can walk to the popular Jumeirah beach along quite picturesque streets. There is a small children's room. Heated swimming pool. The rooms are large, bright, and comfortable. The air conditioner is working properly. Cleaning and towel change every day. The staff is smiling, friendly, and tries their best to please the guests, but if you are not good at English, it will take a long time to explain exactly what you need, because there are few Russian-speaking staff. The food for breakfast is varied, everyone will choose their own dishes to taste. The only thing that really bothered me was the sound insulation in the room: even with the windows and doors tightly closed, the noise from the highway was very loud. I don't know if we're so unlucky, but the rest of the rooms are much better, but if silence is important to you, then keep this point in mind. The highway hums around the clock, never stopping for a second.

Excellent combination of location and price. Unknowingly, I booked apartments with a bedroom and a living room. The hotel has several floors with apartments and several floors with rooms only. We had a room on the 15th floor of 1503 with a view of the main highway below, the subway and a direct view of the sea, the Sail and Burj Khalifa on the left, the Wheel on the right- incredible photos at sunset! And yes, you can go out on the balcony! The room has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a kettle, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and drinking water is poured into glass bottles upon ringing. There is a washing machine with a dryer. The bathroom is large. The only thing is the hair dryer is very weak, but it was enough for me. There were some accessories, but I always take my own. The air conditioner is automatic, I asked for it and it was turned off, I was cold from it, I love the heat. The bed is comfortable, large and not a hard mattress, 2 pillows per person are soft/ hard. A large closet. 2 TV sets. A work desk in the living room and a dining table, sofa, armchair. Everything is clean, the cleaning is perfect. The staff is very polite and friendly. The breakfasts are European in standard, if you stay for a week, you can take it. There is a children's room and an outdoor swimming pool. The Internet City metro station is right next to the hotel (attention metro, the last train leaves the terminal at 24 o'clock and you have to leave Burj Khalifa before 23 o'clock). We didn't have time and took a taxi just by hand, but an official one with a colored roof for 50 dirhams, to the "twin cities hotel" in front of us, so that we could cross the road ourselves and not pay for a U-turn. There is a 24-hour pharmacy near the hotel, and a Carrefout supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

We stayed at the hotel in November 2025 and were very satisfied with our stay. We lived on the 40th floor in room 4010 with a magnificent view of the city! The room is large and clean. They are cleaned every day. If you need something (water, slippers), it is better to ask at the reception, they will bring it quickly. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful, always greeted with a smile. There are Russian-speaking staff. Meals were taken only for breakfast, the food was quite varied and delicious. It is better to come to breakfast at 8 to avoid the hype around the food and easily find an empty table. We took a taxi to the beach, it's better to leave the subway, it's cheaper (if you order a taxi to the hotel, it turns out to be 4 dirhams more expensive). Nearby there is a Zoom supermarket and a Life pharmacy chain, their prices are adequate. On the last day we reached the pool and sauna, there were not many people, there was enough space, we liked everything! The location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to take the subway to different locations in Dubai :)

We stayed at this hotel from 22.12.25 to 28.12.25. Very convenient location of the hotel, in the city center. If you are planning an active vacation, sightseeing, then this is what you need. The subway is right at the exit of the hotel. We arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but we were offered to move in only for an additional fee (like 100 dirhams). We lived on the 28th floor, with beautiful views of the city. Our room was very spacious. There was a kitchenette, or rather only cupboards and a kettle. The room is quite clean, but not for 5+. Towels were changed every day, and water was brought. There were no toothbrushes or slippers in the room. An ironing board and iron were brought upon request. It was cold enough, they didn't understand how their air conditioning system worked. Special attention should be paid to the bathroom, which does not have any partitions or curtains, so all the water was all over the room. Is it unclear if all the rooms are so that it is a room for people with disabilities (judging by the toilet)? That's why I had to wear slates. In general, we were satisfied with the room, if not for this nuance. There is a friendly staff at the reception, there are Russian speakers. The food wasn't very varied this week, but there was plenty to choose from. We had turned off breakfast and lunch or dinner (of our choice). Drinks at lunch or dinner are not provided, only water. For the first few days, an omelet was fried for each guest for breakfast, then this opportunity was removed. We got to Catholic Christmas and the hotel had a festive dinner (shrimp, mussels, crabs).

We chose the apartment because there were five of us. The room was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioners were constantly working and perfectly protected from the heat. The service was clearly organized: water was brought every morning, bed linen, towels and bathrobes were changed daily, cleaning was regular and tidy. The staff is as polite and hospitable as possible. Special thanks to Diana at the reception — she spoke Russian and greatly simplified the registration process. A nice moment — mom had a birthday during the trip, and the staff made a surprise by leaving a birthday cake in the room. It was very unexpected and touching. It is convenient to pay for everything with a card at the hotel, but it is worth considering that the deposit is frozen upon check-in and the tourist fee is paid. Our package included breakfast (lunch was added on the day of departure). The restaurant has a buffet format, the choice is good, everything is delicious. I also liked the pool on the 8th floor, which is a great place to relax after a busy day in the city.

The kitchen has a minimal set of dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove, but we don't use it, whether it works or not, I don't even know. There is a washing machine, but we are not going to do the laundry, we will leave it at home. Check-in was quick, we arrived at 14:00, checked in (I advise you to change a small amount of dollars at the airport, since 140 dirhams must be deposited upon check-in, the exchange rate at the airport was 3.60, at the exchangers on the street and in the shopping center - 3.64, the difference is small), immediately went to the room. Everything is clean and working. I read the reviews of vacationers, we don't turn around like that: about furniture, slippers, bathrobes, etc., towels are changed, water is carried, the room is cleaned regularly. The staff tries their best to please all the guests. Regarding the bus to the beach, we come to register at 8 a.m., there are always places, then for breakfast, and at 9 a.m. we go to the beach. There is enough space for everyone, sometimes two buses are sent. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the beach, If you drive on your own, then you can go to the bus stop on the opposite side of the road to the bus stop, bus 88 will take you to the beach, but a little longer, taking into account the route and stops.
