Well maintained room with good conditions, clean washroom with all the amenities, clean balcony with great view, comfortable bed with clean linen, air conditioning is good , reception is good, and I would like to give thanks for the housekeeping team of Mercure hotel for taking care of our room special thank for Manish subedi and floor supervisor Mr clovis they are very good, helpful and friendl.

Very nice hotel. Location is perfect 10 min to all main locations in dubai. Metro 1 min walk away. Amazing and polite staff. They will always help you to sort out any problems. Good variety of delicious food!
