A great hotel in a very convenient location. All the sights are within walking distance. We lived here for almost a week. The rooms are excellent, very clean, even in the shower there is nothing to complain about. They always cleaned perfectly. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful work!

the location of the hotel in the old center, close to the main attractions, the rooms are small, everything is clean, the bed meets the standard of the network (high-quality linen, soft mattresses, it's a pleasure to sleep), the interior of the hotel is not bad (brickwork with elements of classical decor, modern painting), breakfast leaves much to be desired: quite expensive for such quality: the choice of dishes is small, there was no desire to eat fruits because of the view, small midges flew, the omelet was either too liquid or too hard, the breakfast level like in hotels without stars was so-so, I did not like the dental kit: everything is in paper packages, according to the type of eco-consumption, in fact it is terribly not convenient, to our the room was not ready for arrival (we arrived at 2 nights :)), there were 3 of us, everything was for 2, the bed for the third was collected in a hurry, there were also bathrobes and towels for 2, friendly staff at the reception, although all services are expensive (taxis are 2p more expensive, it is better to call from the street, extension rooms for a day are also more expensive than via Yandex), in general, the hotel left a pleasant impression

The hotel is not bad, in a historic building. The location is good. The star was removed for being placed in the wrong room that was booked. And they didn't even try to solve this issue. Breakfast is normal, you won't leave hungry, but there are no special delights. Omelette , sliced eggs, cheeses. It was raining, they asked for an umbrella, they said that there were no new ones and they did not even order new ones, which is somewhat strange for this hotel chain.

Such a low score is solely to attract attention.
In general, the hotel is good, the location is good, everything is stylish, clean, everything works. When booking, they offered to include breakfast in the room rate. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking manager who helped solve the problem and smoothed out the corners.
For which 1 star.
1) booking through booking with full payment upon arrival, during the stay, when the cleaning issue arose, the reservation was canceled and it is impossible to prove anything further to booking, which deprives the order history, buns and the chance to write a review;
All other remarks and quibbles for the overall picture and in a good mood are hardly noticeable.
2) when booking a room for three (with a child), we provided accessories for two;
3) at breakfast, if there were dishes for heating, it did not work or worked poorly, so scramble or other dishes that should be warm were rather cold;
4) in the evening they asked to change the bed linen, which they were refused due to the absence of employees; the staff's opinions on how often the bed linen should be changed also differed;
5) posted a photo from an improved room on the 5th floor with a view of the bones (apparently chicken) that were lying on the windowsill on the back of the window, which cannot be opened.

A great hotel with the most hospitable staff! Excellent location, close to all attractions: near the tram stop, metro station. Very tasty breakfasts: juices of 3 types, honeycombs with honey, fried eggs, potatoes, vegetables, bread of various types, even gluten-free 👏🏻 we had a birthday and our room was very beautifully decorated with balloons, flowers, cake and fruits were brought. We were 100% satisfied!

A small hotel in the historical center of Istanbul, everything is in excellent technical and aesthetic condition. The rooms are cleaned constantly, ventilated. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious.
Among the disadvantages: a very small assortment of products for breakfast (there is not enough variety for stays of more than three days)

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Istanbul!
And it's not even that it is located in the very immediate vicinity of the main attractions of Istanbul/Constantinople, in the heart of the Sultanahmed district with excellent transport accessibility, and not even in excellent, spacious rooms with snow-white linens and towels, and not even in a perfect, balanced breakfast, but in the staff!!

A good hotel, booked without payment, contacted the hotel, asked to pay upon check-in. The hotel managers confirmed the reservation with payment upon check-in. The hotel itself is in a good location, near the tram stop, Eminenu marina, Egyptian Market, Galata Bridge, Gulhane Park is within walking distance. There are Russian-speaking managers at the hotel. As for breakfast, it is modest, but you can ask for an omelet or fried eggs, there are vegetables, cheeses, sausage, cereals, juices, tea, coffee, some pastries. They didn't leave breakfast hungry. Room cleaning and towel change every day. If we go to Istanbul again, we will be happy to stay at this hotel.

The breakfasts are cold, there's just no hot food for breakfast! The pastel linen should be changed every day, but for three days they had not changed once, when I asked them to do it, the maid was not in place! The robes are in a deplorable condition, the belt is torn into 2 parts and tied with a knot, as if repaired. We lived as a family of three, nevertheless, 2 pairs of slippers (until they asked to bring a third), 2 bathrobes, 2 dental kits are put in every day, while towels for 3 people ... no comments.
We stayed in a superior room at this hotel and there were chicken (probably) bones on the windowsill. I do not recommend staying at this hotel. At first glance, everything is beautiful, but if you go to relax, and not ask to warm up the food at breakfast / bring slippers, etc. / change the bed linen, then I do not recommend this hotel!
