It does not reach 4* (as indicated on the official website) in any way! The completeness of the towels does not match! After cleaning, not all towels are in place! Toiletries are 2 identical gels on the wall by the washbasin and in the shower and that's it! There are no slippers and a bathrobe, and no shower caps either. An iron is available on request for free, and on the first day they gave a whole iron, and on the penultimate day - a broken one ... ( The staff is absolutely friendly! Especially Eliza!Thanks! Breakfast is more than adequate, although the same daily. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room = convenient, but the glass is paper (surprised = how is this possible in a 4* hotel???) No water was provided in the room. The clown on the wall is for an amateur...(what did the designer mean?!...) The bedding is perfect. The carpet on the floor is dirty. The location is GREAT! That's why I chose the hotel. In general, I was satisfied, because I was prepared for possible disadvantages.
