A pretty nice, cozy, clean hotel! We were delighted with the rest, cleaned the rooms every day, friendly and helpful staff, solved all issues quickly and without problems! The only thing is, at the end of the rest, I got tired of the monotonous breakfasts, but in general they were always quite tasty and nutritious, you could find everything to everyone's taste. There is literally everything near the hotel! Restaurants, shops, stalls with things and other junk, massage parlors and exchangers, all within walking distance! In general! We would definitely love to come back here!

Scammers. You can't negotiate and trust them. They wrote off the money for the failed trip. We had a reservation for April 2020. Due to the epidemic, flights were canceled, we contacted the hotel and asked to reschedule or cancel the reservation. We have agreed on the use of the armor until the end of 2020. But they asked me not to change anything through Booking. They sent their internal reservation number... They said they would be waiting for us in December. But no one gets in touch in November. The correspondence in the booking has been miraculously deleted. You can't complain, it seems like we've already been there, you can't call, the number is not valid.

I admit that initially this building did not belong to the Accor network, because after all, this is not the Mercure that we are used to in large cities. Nevertheless, the chain managed to bring the hotel up to its high standards. It turned out to be a good and safe hotel against the background of what is in the area. Friendly and attentive staff, high-quality cleaning, clean restaurant, excellent conference room. Finally, the respectful attitude towards the guests in general and especially towards the participants of the loyalty program is emphasized. Quite a bit about the disadvantages: there were interruptions to the Internet. It often fell off. I had to forget my password. And sometimes it turned out that the password had changed. But these are small things. In general, I highly recommend it!
