We had a seven-night stay at this hotel in late July and early August. Booked through the Island. We arrived early in the morning, but despite checking in at 2 p.m., the receptionist, Svetlana, accepted and accommodated us. I met our daughter very warmly and fed her, like you adults will be patient, and let the child have breakfast. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! All the administrators Elena, Aidana and Svetlana are very cordial and friendly. Linen change every three days, bathrobes, slippers. In St. Petersburg, they never changed it in a week, but here you are. The linen is white, not washed, the mattresses and furniture are decent. The water pressure and plumbing condition are good. very tasty breakfasts in the cafe at the hotel, you can also have a delicious lunch there, the choice of dishes is varied., baking song! Special thanks to Tatiana and Assel, the cafe administrators, who do their job smartly and competently, there was also Kainar, but he is always "flying", and he allows himself to smoke electronic cigarettes at the bar, a small minus. The manager is a nice woman who helps the receptionists during rush hours. In general, I recommend this hotel to tourists without pretensions to luxury, but not here. It was very comfortable for us, who loved to wander around the city and came to spend the night before the next excursion.
