On the plus side:
friendly staff (even fed late at night)
Clean bed, soap accessories.
That's all.
Of the cons:
We settled into a junior suite for 15,000 tenge.
I had to make the bed myself, the pillows and mattress were stained. The curtains were partially torn off, the toilet was dirty (straight black), the water in the shower does not go away when you wash.
We arrived late, we no longer had the strength to choose.
They definitely wouldn't have moved in again.

The place is good for living, as if everything is there, but it is not possible to walk in the sidewalks in summer, the sun is picketing like in a tandoor. Green trees seem to be in abundance, but there is almost no shadow in the sidewalks.

Standard type. Away from the road, not as noisy as the road. The floor creaks, the mattress is laid, the springs are felt. The shower cabin is working fine. And this is a junior suite for 12k per day. The TV and kettle do not work everywhere in such rooms. The ashtray is standing, so someone sometimes smokes. 2 balconies in the junior suite, because 2 rooms, the first with a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator (did not include it, October) and a wardrobe, the second room with a double bed (one half was collapsed, spring boards were dumped on the floor) it's good that several blankets were in the closet, because there was no heating in October).
In general, you can spend the night, a Soviet corridor-type hotel. But we were told that breakfast could be taken in the morning for a fee at a cafe in the lobby, but in the morning the cook did not come because of family problems.
But of course there are hotels and worse in the same Measure for the same 12k, checked personally!)
