It's a great hotel. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Very convenient location — everything you need is nearby. The rooms are warm, which is especially important in the cold season. The staff is polite and helpful. We have only positive impressions, and we will be happy to stay here again.

On the plus side: friendly staff (even fed late at night) Clean bed, soap accessories. That's all. Of the cons: We settled into a junior suite for 15,000 tenge. I had to make the bed myself, the pillows and mattress were stained. The curtains were partially torn off, the toilet was dirty (straight black), the water in the shower does not go away when you wash. We arrived late, we no longer had the strength to choose. They definitely wouldn't have moved in again.
