They deceive people. At the check-in desk during the flight, the girl said that she would not let them on the plane because there was no return ticket and they sent them to buy a ticket. I lost 180 euros for a ticket that is supposedly non-refundable now, although I clearly asked if I could return it at my destination, but now they will not answer either in e-mail or where.
