The ticket offices are not very conveniently located — queues accumulate during rush hours, and the aisles are narrow. Another unpleasant moment is that the Internet does not work well near the cash registers, which sometimes causes problems with paying via phone. It would be great if the calculation area were improved, then the impression would be much better.
