A great hotel for its category.
There were some problems in the room, the staff helped to solve everything.
The location is perfect, a minute from the sea, there is plenty of food. Wi-fi catches normally only in the lobby area, in the rooms - weakly, this is a minus. There are no complaints with the cleaning, the garbage was taken away, the towels were changed, I didn't need more)
Yes, Turkey is not the same as 10 years ago. Times are changing, and this affects the overall level of service, you need to take this point into account.
And if you do not wait for miracles and enjoy the wonderful things, of which there are many, pleasure is guaranteed.
The people who write about the boorish attitude of the staff are probably the ones who communicate with the waiters on "you" and kick the seals in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I observed such pictures regularly.
I met only with responsiveness, warm attitude and many other advantages.

A great three. Very convenient location: 2 minutes to the sea (you can choose any beach, sunbed + umbrella for a drink (cocktail without a glass of 150 lire, beer from 120 lire) for the whole day, there is a free beach through 2 hotels (there are no umbrellas and sun beds, they just haven't built a hotel yet)); across the main Migros road and a currency exchange. Cleaning every day (we threw out the garbage, walked with a rag on the floor), in 2 weeks bed linen and towels were changed 2 times, for some reason we forgot about the foot towel. The food in the hotel is from the category of +100,500 dishes from the same products and it was very surprising, I don't have so much imagination for it. The food is always fresh and delicious, fish was rarely given. The pool is clean, there are enough sun beds. The manager Selim speaks Russian, he also keeps order at the hotel. Many thanks to him for his work! The 16+ hotel also plays a role, as a person who is still far from children, I liked that there were no eternally screaming children and their mothers) There were many Russians in the hotel, there were also locals and the British. Guys, if you choose 3ku for your vacation, then you should not expect 5ki service from it, and then your vacation will work out perfectly)

I was on vacation (end of August 2024). The hotel is super! I would give all 4 stars, in Marmaris for the 4th time and this is the second good three👍🏽I recommend this hotel!!! The food is delicious! There is a Russian-speaking employee-manager. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, the sea is just around the corner.
The only thing I want to say about the PENINSULA
TOURS tour operator from Bible Globe is that do not take excursions from the guide, there is no point in overpaying for a street tour. The guide has $ 50, on the street $ 20 and as a result you are being taken along with tourists who bought an excursion on the street, that is, you stupidly overpaid because the guide resold his tourists. There is no such thing with other tour operators! If you bought from pegasus, korlTravl, tui, etc., then they are taking you safely! And a street tour is an eternal adventure.
Our driver had an accident twice, almost knocked his noses out🤦🏽♀️

A good hotel for a beach holiday. We had a rest from September 20 to 27, 2024. The sea is nearby. There is a paid and free beach. For a fee, you can buy beer for 120 lira or a cocktail and you can sunbathe on the sunbed all day. Food is the best thing for me. No extra snacks and salads. The choice is small, but I liked everything I needed. They only came to the hotel to spend the night. You can find entertainment for every taste. The hotel is located 100 meters from the sea. A good hotel in its category, well-fed, a small assortment of drinks (for whom it is important). The rooms are updated gradually, but they are far from ideal. There is an Irish Pub nearby. The music screams late into the night, you can fall asleep with the balcony door closed and the air conditioner turned on. The staff is polite, the reception will always tell you where to get there. The pool is good, the water is pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in the center of Marmaris.

I had a rest at the end of August 2024. I recommend it if you are not whimsical; the food is not too varied but tasty, satisfying, you will not stay hungry. The most important thing is probably that it is 1 minute to the sea, to the main street too, to the very center of the city 25 minutes on foot. Of the minuses for me, these are rooms- you can live, but it would not hurt to upgrade. There are many Russian-speaking vacationers in this hotel, it is also important for whom - the manager Selim speaks Russian, you can also buy a tour from him (cheaper). The staff is very nice, helpful, always smiling / greeting / etc. There are 2 Migros stores nearby, the one near the Blue port shopping center near it is a good exchanger, they will exchange only the amount that you say.
The water in the pool is warm, clean, it's a pleasure to swim, you don't have to talk about the sea - super! When you leave, you can leave your things at the reception and go for a walk, have lunch.
There is always music playing in the city, you can also hear it in the room, but it does not interfere with sleep, at about 1 a.m. everything goes quiet.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is the best, the sea, bars, restaurants, Migros store are within walking distance. The rooms are very clean, cleaning and changing towels every 3 days. The food is not varied, but delicious, and for variety there is a reason to go to a restaurant. Feel free to choose a hotel and you will not be disappointed.

Hotel 3⭐️. And for 3⭐️, it's not even bad. We rented the simplest cheap room. The main thing for us is to keep it clean. We didn't plan to hang out there. But they were surprised.

The room is not bad, there is air conditioning. Glasses, clean, white towels. There is also a balcony and a side view from the balcony. We were settled quickly.
We lived on the 5th floor, there was not enough hot water at 10 a.m., but this is not critical.
The room has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap. Cleaning was done every day. To the sea 2 min walk, very close.
The food surprised us, it was different every day, even the breakfasts were varied. Everything is very tasty. The coffee in the coffee machine is not bad, the juices are disgusting (yuppie)
Also for alcohol, we tried beer and white wine. It's not bad at all. The bar is open from 10 am to 22:00.
The staff speaks Russian, you can always ask for help.
By cons: 1. Wi-Fi on the 5th floor does not catch.
2. Do not take the towel out of the room. And there are no beach towels (((
3. The pool is cool, there are sun beds and umbrellas. But it's not neat, it's a little dirty. The feeling that they are not watching the territory. But you can drink at the pool.

Hello everyone!!!
! We had a rest with three married couples in this hotel from 09/22/2024 to 09/29/2024..
Check-in was quick, because we were brought to the hotel at 18:30, just before dinner.
The number of rooms with a full double bed is probably limited, because of our 3 rooms, only one had such a bed. It was my wife and I who got room 411 on the 4th floor (fortunately there is an elevator), which, unfortunately, had two separate beds. Although we moved them, but in the end everyone slept on their own (which is both + and -))). But our room had a side view of the sea.
The room itself is very small, with minimal, worn, old furniture. But this did not bother us at all, because we came to the Aegean Sea and got to know the local sights! We only slept in the room, used the shower and toilet. The main thing is that there were no interruptions with water and electricity!!!
The room was cleaned daily, but so-so... During the week, the pastel linen was changed 2 times and the towels were changed 4 times (in general, it's fine).
The hotel has an excellent location: the promenade and the sea are 2 minutes away, a supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.
The promenade from the beginning of Marmaris to Icmeler (a suburb of Marmaris) is very long, with cafes and restaurants. Just great for walking and jogging.
This hotel does not have a beach, so we were located on the beach of another hotel. In principle, if you do not need a canopy and a chaise longue (which are paid - and you need to buy something
from drinks or snack food at the bar, from about 100 lira (this is for tea) per person to use them), then you can sit on a towel, spreading it out on the sand almost in anywhere (no one will drive you away, but alas, such a place will not be clean of cigarette butts either).
At Mert Siasede, all-inclusive meals are served, but don't expect gourmet cuisine from this.
For breakfast:
-boiled chicken eggs;
- omelet;
-sausages (it looks like without meat);
-slicing of 2 types of cheeses + filamentous suluguni;
-sausage slicing - from the same as sausages;
- fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, varnish, greens;
-4 types of jam and tartlets for them;
- natural yogurt in a deep salad bowl and the same yogurt, but with some kind of jam;
- diced sponge cakes, white and chocolate;
-drink "jupi" from the device, either instant coffee or already brewed tea, refined sugar in any amount - optional.
Mashed soups for lunch alternated daily. We liked it from lentils.
From meat - only chicken and chicken liver. For a change, they give semi-finished products: sausages, cutlets, nuggets. Side dishes alternated daily: rice, potatoes a la "rustic", mashed potatoes, couscous, pasta.
Fresh vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes and a couple of salads from them with the addition of various greens. Also, the greens themselves (type 3 - 4), unfortunately poorly washed from dirty plaque and sand.
Dinner is similar to lunch, but the dishes are slightly different. We had enough of everything, we didn't stay hungry.
At the bar, without restrictions, the bartender pours a fanta Cola sprite. From alcohol: beer, wine is dry. white or red, gin, vodka - everything is locally produced and, as for me, everything is non-alcoholic. There was no local "raki", but this drink is for an amateur, and I am a fan of "raki".
There is a small hotel pool, but we have never swam in it - we enjoyed the sea.
Unfortunately, there were some DISADVANTAGES:
1. The replacement of the room with a room with a single double bed was refused unconditionally.
2. Pastel linen and towels are washed, but stained.
3. There is no dryer on the balcony at all. If you hang things out to dry on the railing, then with a gust of wind everything can fly away. We got out of the situation by buying a rope and pulling it on the balcony ourselves.
4. The dining room is small. A few tables for two people, the rest for four people. Therefore, "some" vacationers in pairs did not want to be seated, although they were sitting at tables for 4 people.
For the hotel dining room, this is piggish behavior!
5. The staff in the dining room could not cope with their work. This was reflected in the constant shortage of plates, cups and cutlery. Until you find Salim's manager, no one moved.
6. In our double room, there is only 1 shelf in the wardrobe (and then a paid mini-safe takes up half the space) and 2 hangers.
7. About the lack of a dryer for swimsuits and towels, I wrote earlier.
8. The bathroom requires cosmetic repairs.
9. The furniture in the room is asking for replacement.
10. When handing over the room on the day of departure, the reception employee cuts off the hotel bracelets from his wrists, which does NOT deprive him of the opportunity to use the dining room, but makes it impossible to use the services of the bar, although full days of stay at the hotel are paid - the first time we encountered this, we were surprised.
11. The water in the sea is clean, but the bottom is full of garbage and the beach shore is full of cigarette butts. But it's not clean where they clean, but where they don't litter!!!
12. If you buy something, then everything is expensive!!! Compared to Moscow prices, it is 2-3 times more expensive.
13. Manager Salim said that this hotel has been operating for the last year on an all-inclusive system. There will be only breakfasts(((.
In general, if you go overseas and do NOT dive with a mask, then these disadvantages will not spoil your vacation.
Our company was warm, good and fun!!!

We arrived at the hotel at 18:00 and settled in just 5 minutes.
In terms of location, it's just great, but for young people, those who are older may not be suitable due to the proximity to bars and clubs where it's very noisy at night, it didn't bother us.
There is a daily cleaning in the room if you choose on the door that you need cleaning, changing towels, the cleaner is friendly and did not touch any of your personal belongings.
The bar is sparse but of good quality, vodka, gin, white/red wine. Drink as much as you want from 10:00 to 22:00.
The room fell for a solid four, TV, refrigerator, light sockets, air conditioning, plumbing, everything works fine without complaints, a large balcony with armchairs and a table.
The dining room liked the food, a variety of salads, meat, fish, chicken, everything is very tasty, but there is one thing, but if you did not come to the beginning but to the middle of the meal time, then you may not get something, for example, French fries are disassembled in the first 20 minutes, you can ask the staff to cook for you but We'll have to wait, it's a minus for someone, it wasn't critical for us in principle.
There is a swimming pool where either there are no people or there are few of them, the pool is not large but in good condition.
There is no beach and sun loungers at the hotel, but you can take a drink from the beach bar and get a sun lounger with an umbrella for about 200 lira per person and lie down as much as you want until you leave.
I liked everything about the rest, everything is close, the location is very good, the hotel deserves its 3 stars in full

We had a rest in July! We liked it! Yes, it's 3*, but it didn't affect the impression of the holiday in any way! A very good place! Near the sea, transport runs every minute, 30 liras and you are in the center! There are young guys working at the hotel, they are always friendly! Selim, the manager, is attentive to everyone, tries to solve problems, the guy in the bar is very serious, pours according to request and taste! Another plus is +16, there are no children, no one is screaming! The most important thing is to set yourself up for a positive mood and the rest will be unforgettable!

In Marmaris for the 3rd time, I was in this hotel for the 1st time. A small hotel.
The kitchen is like in all the "threes", probably. Mostly chicken from meat, there was no fish. Apples and watermelon are made from fruits. There aren't many sweets either. But there is enough of this in the shops. I didn't stay hungry and that's the main thing. I don't come there to eat. I haven't tried alcohol at the hotel.
What I liked about this hotel: the Wi-Fi in the rooms is good.
The room itself is great!
The location of the hotel is convenient: near the sea and the city.

Мне понравился этот отель. Тройка, после ремонта всё аккуратно. Персонал прекрасный, внимательный предупредительный.
В столовой выбор небольшой, но всегда можно хорошо поесть, вкусные десерты. Кроме. Резразового питания, есть кофебрейк часа в 4.
Море в двух шагах, пляж с басплатными лежаками чуть в стороне от отеля, но идти 2 минуты.
На двери электронное табло, вместо дорхолдера.
Рядом с отелем супермаркет Мигрос и куча кафе.
В номере тихо при закрытом балконе даже при наличии шумных кафе рядом.

Small rooms, old foundation. Well, at least we Russians were given one. The British had slightly better rooms. The condors were old and dusty. The balcony door does not allow noise from the street 👍
The food is standard, there is little meat. Pies are only for lunch and dinner, they don't give them for breakfast. The salad is fermented in the evening, so take clean vegetables.

The beer is good at the bar. The rest of the alcohol is the same as throughout Turkey.
The pool is nice. The water is clean.

The beaches near the hotel from the bars are good. Near Milgros, I. Bus stop. It takes 10 and 30 liras to get to Icmelera beach. The water there is gorgeous. Nature too.

They refused to check in because "the hotel does not accommodate single men." At the same time, I did not travel alone, with a couple, we rented 2 rooms. The reservation was confirmed at the same time and the funds were withdrawn.
Just think about it, you paid, the reservation was confirmed to you, and then they say - "the hotel requests to cancel the reservation due to the fact that it does not accommodate single men, with a fine of 100% of the cost."
I had to knock them out of the booking service in all ways, since the refund of the d/ c was impossible according to the rules of the hotel.
I had to shoot 900 meters from my friends, by the way, much better and at the same price.
By the way, friends also had problems with it when checking in, they did not want to check in, since the hotel allegedly had no information about the reservation, after calling the booking service, they were still settled in a couple of hours, but the sediment remained and it is not a fact that next time they will be lucky.
I highly do not recommend this hotel, if you have booked it, then it is not a fact that you will be able to check in. Marmaris is full of client-oriented, reliable hotels with high-quality service, and I recommend bypassing this hotel.

Персонал - внимательный и очень доброжелательный.
Еда - разнообразная, завтрак, обед и ужин.
Расположение - очень удобное средина набережной, практически первая линия.
Номера - номера уже устарели старый телевизор, двери старые, при включении горячей воды слышен пение труб.
Есть бассейн.
На баре с 10:00 до 22:00 наливают бесплатно вино, пиво Туборг, колу, спрайт.
Очень плохой интернет. В номере его практически нет.
В целом рекомендую !

Отдыхали в этом отеле в июле 2023 года с дочерью и подругой. Номер был 201 с видом на море и 2-мя балконами. Номер вовремя убирался, чисто, аккуратно. Менялись полотенца. В отеле работают в основном молодые ребята , под руководством главного менеджера Селима, большое им спасибо! Всегда улыбающиеся и дружелюбные, готовые в любое время оказать помощь. Кстати, по -русски говорит Селим, он решает все возникающие вопросы. Питание отличное, похудеть не удалось)) Очень вкусно и разнообразно. Из фруктов были арбузы, периодически яблоки, апельсины. До моря 3 минуты, вход мелкая галька с песком, очень удобно.
И один минус отеля - пляж платный, за любой напиток, купленный в баре можно получить лежаки и зонтики на весь день

The rooms are cleaned terribly, the floors are wiped every other time with a dirty rag, after which a direct route to the dermatologist is provided. The air conditioner is ancient, it is not cleaned, after which I had to buy medicines.There are always no glasses in the dining room, you have to buy disposable ones yourself. Who wrote about Salim's manager, it looks like he himself. He behaves extremely rudely, is not friendly and aggressive towards both the hotel's tourists and the poor staff. This employee ruined the whole impression of the hotel. I do not recommend it.

Отличный отель! Очень удачно расположен, все в пешей доступности. До моря 2 минуты. В отеле очень чисто. Номера на третьем этаже убирали лучше чем в пятерках. Еда простая, но все свежее. Все очень приветливы. Рекомендую!

Были в августе.
Встретили нас Хренова.
Но в остальном просто огонь.
Сравниваю с четверками и пятерками...
Кондей, еда, персонал на отлично.
Уборка номера каждый день.
Уезжали позже времени сдачи номера, поговорили с админом разрешили задержаться. Селим красавчег.

Отличный отель!
Номера чистые, все исправно работает. Персонал приветливый. До моря пару минут. Алкоголь хороший, наливают в стеклянные стаканы, даже не во всех 5-х так. Отель полностью себя оправдывает! До моря пару минут)
Возможно в 2023 номера были после ремонта, так как все было чисто и прилично!

Отель тройка и чуда от него не ждали конечно. Из того что нравится, отель 16+, для молодых пар и тех кто хочет отдохнуть без детей отлично, вкусно кормят, алкоголь качественный, отличное расположение, рядом и море и магазины и кафешки. Минусы кондиционеры умирают......поменяли 4 номера, чтобы кондиционер был более менее...в остальных трех он просто не работал. Ну и отелю требуется ремонт.

Отель хороший за свои деньги👌🏻
Номера не большие, телевизор ссср, кондиционер работает норм, в ванной душевая кабина (не хватало полочки для душа). Каждый день смена полотенец. Из номера боковой вид на море. Ночью тихо.
Питание хорошее, много зелени, из мяса - курица, баранина, говядина. Были макароны, рис. Из фруктов - только арбуз. Большой выбор десертов, понравился кекс с маком. Напитки - соки, чай, кофемашина. На баре спрайт, пепси, алко: пиво, вино, ракия, джин. Часто брали спрайт со льдом и лимоном😋 голодными не останетесь. Не хватало мороженного и больше фруктов)))
Персонал приветливый, работают молодые ребята, подружились с ними😊
Собственного пляжа у отеля рядом нет, но по браслету пускают на пляж отеля Honeymoon (минут 8 идти в сторону центра города). Там нормальный пляж, но мы ходили на пляж у кафе Demir - это в сторону Ичмелера, там лежак за напиток (15 лир чай, 30 лир кофе) и народу мало) фото прилагаю.
Вай фай только в лобби и у бассейна, работает бывает быстро, бывает с перебоями.
Рядом с отелем Мигрос, Мак через улицу.
Бассейн - всегда свободен, есть свободные лежаки.
Завтрак с 7:30 до 10, обед 12:30 до 14:00, кофе-брейк 16-17, ужин 19-21.
В отеле много русских, но и иностранцев достаточно. Персонал на русском не особо говорит.
Мармарис прекрасен. Рекомендую экскурсию по эгейским островам и для экстремалов - параплан в Фетхие🤩

Отдыхали с 21.09.18 по 03.09.18.
Всё очень понравилось! До моря 3 минуты, пляж можно выбрать любой какой нравится ( либр заплатить за лежак дибо купить что в кафе чьи лежаки).
Номер был боковой с балконом. С водой проблем не было. Убирали каждый день.
Бассейн небольшой, но не видели как его чистят хоть раз. Возможно потому что приходили только перекусить и ночевать.
Питание однообразное , но всегда есть что покушать даже привередам как я.
Хоть отель и в центре , но ночью спали хорошо ничего не было слышно.

Отдыхала в этом отеле с 2 по 9 июля 2021 г. До этого была в других тройках. Питание наиужаснейшее. Номерной фонд не знаю какой эпохи. Слив в туалете работает плохо. Но самое главное питание, такого как у них нигде не было. Из плюсов к морю Близко, но до бар стрит далековато. И это даже не самый дешевый отель.

Очень хороший отель. Уютный, рядом пляж, недалеко от центра.Рядом супермаркет Мигрос. Питание разнообразное, для всех на любой вкус и выбор. Мы остались очень довольны. Отдыхали с подругой от Интурист.

Отдыхала в этом отеле в сентябре 2019г. Нормальный городской отель. У меня был номер с приличной мебелью и большим телевизором ( хотя кому нужен первый канал в отпуске ) Сантехника и кондиционер в рабочем состоянии. Питание достаточно разнообразное, готовят вкусно. Бассейн чистый. Смена белья и полотенец каждые три дня. До моря 50 метров. До центра 20 минут пешком или 5 минут на автобусе ( проезд 4 лиры = 45 руб) Рядом с отелем ТЦ Блюпорт, Мигрос. Кто не первый раз в Мармарисе знают, что основная часть отелей 3* или 4* и не стоит ждать от них сервиса 5*.

Удобное расположение отеля-до моря 2-3 мин,не на дороге. Цена соответствует качеству. При ограниченном бюджете на отдых можно еще и на экскурсиях побывать т подарков купить. В отеле было чисто,есть персонал на ресепшене,который говорит по -русски. В 5 мин от отеля есть продуктовый магазин.

Хочу сразу сказать,что отель позиционирует себя,как 3 с плюсом.ни о каком плюсе речи нет. Были в июле 2019г.только приехали&
Минусы:старая разбитая мебель,допотопный плохо работающий телевизор.затем бассейн,который работает до 18 час.в 6 час. оттуда просто выгоняют.бассейн маленький,находится во дворе,постоянно в тени от отеля.прогревается только часам к 4,а уже в 6 выгоняют. Своей территории у отеля нет,негде погулять.город совсем не зеленый.шум такой,что впечатление будто не отдыхаешь,а работаешь. Море ужасно холодное.но снова про отель.персонал не приветлив.в столовой стоят как церберы,вдруг тарелку пронесешь в номер.уезжали раньше срока путевки.попросили сендвич
- пакет. Сказали не положено. Чувствовали себя ворами,когда вынесли из столовой 2 яйца на дорогу.хотя еще день был оплачен.номер грязный,жили в 203 номере.
Вспомнили о телевизоре,т.к. все пляжи тоже закрываются в 18 час. Но канал один-первый.и тот почти не работает.а может виноват телевизор.
Купались почти всегда с черепахами,сначала это было экзотикой,а потом отвращением.муж за 10 дней в море залез только 2 раза.очень холодно.
В столовой ни разу не давали рыбу и морепродукты.если в других отелях из фруктов постоянно были персики,мандарины,абрикосы,сливы,груши,виноград,то тут только резаные апельсины (чтобы никто в номер не упер).супы однообразны,так же как и татлы.если,кто едет в первый раз,и не с чем сравнивать,то отдых понравится.
Да,тут вопрос про курение.2 ночи подряд нас будила сирена,кто-то закурил в номере.никто не мог отключить.так что в номерах не курят,а так дымили у бассейна постоянно.

Неплохой отель, но мебель, сантехника требует обновления. Понравилось питание,разнообразия немного,но все очень вкусно. Уборка и смена белья регулярно.

Хороший отель 3*. Море близко. Персонал корректен и говорит по русски.
