The store itself is normal: the assortment is in order, the goods can be found, the prices are average. But the service really spoils the impression. When you enter, it seems that everything is calm, but if you stay a little longer at the shelf or take a closer look at the product, the interrogation immediately begins: “Will you take it or not? What are you looking for? Why did you go there?”and it sounds like I have to justify myself for every step. The atmosphere turns out to be quite uncomfortable: you don't feel like a customer, but a person who is viewed with suspicion. And that's exactly why I don't want to come here, even though the store could be really good.
