Pleasant staff, everything is fast and friendly, modern design, spacious and stylish rooms. The bed is stunningly soft, comfortable pillows. Of the cons:
1. Spa is a complete disaster. In the basement. Not a single living soul from the staff, although we were at 10 pm. The muddy warm water in the small pool near the saunas, in theory, should be cold. The sauna is cold - it turns on only when you come in and move there. The hammam was cold, and then it soared non-stop - steam from pipes on the floor, on the legs, the drain does not work, boiling water on the floor. The tile is falling off. The Jacuzzi is cloudy. They did not swim in the pool. It works from 8 to 23, which is great, but it would be cleaner and repairs would be carried out. We went for half an hour once, I didn't want to anymore.
2. It looks beautiful, but there are a lot of repair joints. There are smudges on the ceiling, somewhere there are no baseboards, etc.
3. The location is not bad, but for the same money you can rent a hotel on the square
4. As we understood, it's noisy everywhere - first they gave us a room with windows on the club, there's music playing. The reception immediately changed the room promptly, with a view of the road, but it was also noisy. If you are a light sleeper, this is not your option
In general, it's OK, but we wouldn't come back a second time. They took it because of the spa, but it's better to take it more centrally without it.

Nice hotel! The location is excellent! The square is a 15-minute walk away! The breakfasts are awesome! Every day is different! There was a slight smell of sewage in the bathroom, then it passed! There is not an expensive cafe (restaurant) nearby with excellent prices and delicious homemade national food! Karas is called.

Cons ( for the administration )
1. The hair dryer is not conveniently located ( near the toilet)
2. There is no outlet in the bathroom
3. Poor sound insulation
4. We celebrated 2 birthdays in hotels (without paying attention from the hotel) well, so-so minutes, of course, but the sediment remained!

Generally passable, but...honest 3 stars, so the rating is appropriate.
The breakfasts were definitely not impressive (poor) - it just really blurs the overall impression. Little things like hooks for clothes and towels are missing where you expect them. The soap dispenser is hanging off to the side on the wall a meter from the sink. The rooms are not cleaned regularly - you need to be reminded.
The good ones are the friendly staff, a good spa/gym.

A good Marriott-level hotel, but this is if you look at the location (2 km to the center), cosmetics in the toilet, room decoration and breakfast. The audience at them is also not bad: foreigners, advanced relocators. The parking lot has everything from a BMW X6 to a Maybach. But what's wrong? The service, for all its benevolence, sometimes blunts, apparently because of the language barrier. So it is better to talk to the reception administrators either in Armenian or in English. In general, if you avoid communication, you can find yourself in a heavenly place, with a flair of freshness and gloss in the corridors.

Everything is fine, the room is clean, there is a balcony, there is hot water, the location is the best! - near the Vernissage market, you can get stuck there for several hours.
The breakfast is good and varied.
The staff is friendly, they checked us in 2 hours earlier just like that, since the room was already ready, and we were very tired after the plane.

The location is so-so. The road is noisy, the surroundings are not very good. Ventilation is a serious disadvantage. In winter, it is also heating. If you turn on the air conditioner, then the room is set to 28 degrees. At first, they thought there was a breakdown, and the staff thoughtfully turned the controls, saying that they just had to wait and the temperature would set. Only a day later, the manager explained that there was no alternative. Either 28 or turn it off. We slept in the stuffiness, the window could not be opened because of the road.
Breakfast is sooo sweet, eight kinds of jam, compotes, sugar buns, semolina porridge. Like for Winnie the Pooh. Yogurts and those sweet ones. Normal coffee for money.

August 10, 2024. When we arrived, there was no light in the afternoon. The hotel staff had not been notified in advance, and when we returned after a walk, he was still not there. The cool thing is that it was my birthday. I was tired, I wanted to take a shower, get ready for a restaurant, but in the end I couldn't even go to the toilet. My husband felt sick because of the heat. As a result, I packed my suitcase back, ordered a new hotel-the reception completely ignored us. I do not know what kind of behavior this is, I did not see any human or professional attitude from anyone except the guy at the desk. Who followed us, shone in the dark corridor, tried to pick up my suitcase, congratulated me. Because even saying something nice at the counter, seeing my passport, did not occur to the local administrators.By the way, the neighbors had a light. As a result, I was crying right in the taxi and at the counter of another hotel, too, where we arrived. Of course, there was a completely different level and attitude. And it strongly supported me in this regard.

Lovely clean hotel with everything you need, bathrobe, slippers, hygiene kit. Snow-white bed linen.
Breakfast is European, fried eggs according to personal preferences should be ordered from the waiter (without extra charge)
The pool is too small, but it is perfect for aquatics. jacuzzi and Finnish sauna are normal. The hamam did not work🤷♀️ towels were obtained every time by calls to the reception.

I'll bet you two. We chose based on reviews, more than one good review was not justified, especially about food. Meager, very modest breakfasts for such a hotel and the summer season. There are no greens at all, very few vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers - that's all. There is no coffee machine, how can this be? The hungry didn't stay, of course, they make scrambled eggs. But cappuccino is paid. Espresso too. Of the three SPA visits, everything was cold twice, we just left, the third time only the sauna worked, but the hammam did not, there are no towels available, there is no one at the spa reception. I ask all designers who make a glass door / wall to the bathroom the same question: why are you doing this? So that the one who went to the toilet /shower at night or early in the morning wakes up the second guest with a light? Or you sat down at the table to work, and from your workplace you just watch the second guest washing in the shower. Such a thing. The bed pedestals with protruding sharp metal corners, in both rooms we scratched our feet, and very badly. There is zero reaction to repeated requests to adjust the air conditioner, and it is 40 ° C. outside. The only advantage is the location.

The safety of the guests is at a very low level. Strange people try to get into our room in the evening and at night. The hotel administration knows about this but does not take any measures. The hotel administration is not professional, not friendly. I do not recommend visiting. Everything good about Yerevan was ruined in hotels. Very sorry.

A truthful review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IT'S NOT WORTH THE MONEY. In 6 days, I paid 305,000 drams for a standard with two beds.
There were no breakfasts, there was no porridge even once.
There are few vegetables, no greens.
Dried fruits, sweets, 2 side dishes, sausages, bacon -everything. Normal coffee for an additional fee.the fee.
The microclimate in the room cannot be adjusted. There is no ventilation. There is no cleaning. The walls between the rooms are thin - if the neighbors are noisy, it's a disaster ... sauna and hammam are just the name, all the previous reviews are true.
Of the advantages: the bed, the interior of the hotel, the location is not bad for tourists.
It is better to overpay a little and go to a chain hotel…

Such a situation happened, she was painted blonde for 3 years, everything was fine, but after the pool of this particular hotel!! the ends of the hair remained GREEN, it can be assumed that the composition of the water leaves much to be desired. Do not swim, take care of yourself and your health. The issue with hair and chemicals in the water has not been resolved. With apologies, I will pay for a million embezzlement for toning flushes and restoration. The hotel is expensive!! The breakfasts are meager, there is not even an omelet or fried eggs.
We rented two rooms, one of them has a strong stench of dampness and mold. The air conditioners don't work. I would give this hotel 0 stars.
