Modern hotel in the middle of the forest on the lake shore. Friendly staff. Tasty food. The only negative point - depends on the season there might be ants in the houses.

The territory is beautiful, the houses are neat and clean, and there is a beautiful view of the lake. It is clear that the project was initially invested in the soul. But things didn't go well at the service level.: - we rented the house "Lux #1". It turned out that there was a kayak rental in the next door./boots/bicycles. And these are the constant crowds of people who walk past the windows and near the terrace. + the rental employee has a beautiful view of the vat, which I would like to swim in without prying eyes - the price per day is indicated in the booking conditions of the vat, but while we were at breakfast, the water was drained from the vat and while we were sitting on the terrace, the cleaner started washing it (although there is a time between check-out and check-in) - we ordered dinner and breakfast. It turned out that there was no choice of dishes at all, it was impossible to find out the menu in advance. As a result, for dinner there was boiled sausage and potatoes, sandwiches with bulgur and finely chopped vegetables (they looked disgusting). Of course, I would like to have dishes cooked on fire. - there is a covered terrace in the dining room, but for some reason there are no tables on it, even in good weather.

I never leave feedback, but I couldn't help but share it here. The place is beautiful, located in the forest, overlooking the lake. The houses are neat and clean, everything seems to be fine, but there are questions about customer orientation and service! We rented 3 houses, one of them with increased comfort, and here is the most interesting thing. When we arrived, we found that there was no mosquito net and no air conditioning in the high-comfort house, while the other two houses had it all. We immediately asked the staff, to which we received an answer, the air conditioner was under repair, the grid was broken by the previous tenants, and there was no answer to the question of what we would do. We called the management and then ATTENTION! The manager's answer to the question of why they did not warn, did not solve the problem in any way, and received an exhaustive solution: I can refund your money, you can leave! For a second, we came from Minsk. There was no question of any apologies, discounts, or solutions to the problem. We often relax in such places, and we have an idea of the service. It is a pity that such moments upset the rest. P.S. The garbage was not cleaned for these 3 days either, when asked why, they answered that the garbage truck did not arrive. But these are not the client's problems, you need to be able to solve such situations.
