I really love Met tea on Independence, it's always cool, delicious and cozy, there are almost no questions about it, but this is really terrible.
I was in the tea room 5 times on different days, at different times, I never had tapioca, coconut jelly, black tea and several other items with me. Tapioca is not just cooked and you need to wait, but it is not there, the staff once again can not immediately orient what is not yet on the menu, although every time I ask you to say right away. I wasn't alone today, so there was no way to just go to another point, as I usually do. All the same, there was no tapioca, coconut jelly, black tea, some fruits and several other items, at once, again, they could not even say about tea.
We were in the institution almost before closing and it turned out to be difficult to talk as planned, at first there were two guys with us who apparently asked us to put on their own music and we listened to rap for an hour about other people's mothers, who was doing what there, and how these young people read it in parallel. After they left, things didn't really change much, changing five songs per minute, similar content, constantly switching the volume to 100 percent and back, given that the staff knows where their speakers are hanging and where their guests are sitting.
In general, I did not find a single good moment during these 5 approaches, the tea is normal, but without anything, because I did not have the main items on the menu with me

I really love met tea, but it's on Lenin Square that I don't really like. The drinks are delicious, the place itself is very delightful and beautiful, but how the staff behaves.... They yell at the whole institution, their ears just wither from their obscene language ... I definitely do not recommend going here with a child (otherwise there will be enough words) Here are 5/5 stars on nemiga. Also, from the recommendations, I think it would be good to add discount / discount cards

The design is beautiful, the staff is polite, but the menu is unreasonably expensive and does not stand out except for the beautiful names and appearance. There are no small sizes of drinks, in order to go try something new and understand whether you like it or not, you have to buy a half-liter glass for 17 rubles. For people who have money for a drink for 20p will do, but there are much better establishments with a similar menu for more adequate money.

The staff seems pleasant, they say hello, wish you a good day, but at the workplace they behave like in kindergarten, they are not serious about the client and his words (they ordered a drink, they did it quickly, but the taste and quality of the drink wants the best, although there were no problems with this, 15 rubles are wasted, it's a pity, in black tea/ latte coffee does not feel like rich tea or coffee! You can only feel the bitter slightly diluted milk, it's as disgusting as it can be

We come here specially for tea with tapioca, every time it is not there. We were here at the beginning of their opening and at the end of the summer. AND EVERY TIME we are informed that there is no main tea filler! Dear managers, why are you not able to assess the flow of consumers and the volume of products in order to fully supply the ingredients to the institution?! Time is wasted. There is no desire to come here anymore.

Be prepared for the fact that your order (even if it's just one drink) will be completed in about 20 minutes. Did you ask for a warm one? The room temperature is probably the maximum. There are no ingredients, the staff discusses colleagues in a negative way when visiting, swears obscenities. The place itself is quite dirty and the floor is sticky.
Unfortunately, the mood is spoiled and there is no desire to return anymore.

I ordered a strawberry cheese drink. As a result, the tapioca was stuck together and did not want to go back or forward into the tube. I approached Karina's barista and told her about it, to which I received the answer, "Unfortunately, I can't do anything about it, I can't change the tapioca recipe. The only thing I can offer you is a new tube." That's what I mean by "service"
As a result, I threw out most of the tapioca along with the straw, but I couldn't get it out.

We came to the institution, ordered drinks, there was no coconut, they said this only after ordering a drink, they offered to replace the coconut with another additive for an additional cost, they took other drinks, for sugar "standard" is very sweet. The floor of the establishment is sticky. The playlist does not correspond to the atmosphere of the institution, songs with obscene expressions were played, the volume changed very often, it was not comfortable as they sat near the speaker.
