We had a rest from June 13 to June 23, 2025. Pros: clean everywhere. The rooms are large and spacious, lots of lockers, umbrellas, beach bag and towels, kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe. The conde is positioned well and blows on the bed, but not on the head. Everything is new. Some people are confused by the glass doors in the toilet, but we just closed the built-in wooden panel and it was convenient for us. The bed is huge, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable! This is very important to me! Cleaning every day! But you can click cancel cleaning and they won't come to you. The breakfasts are excellent. Yoghurts, fruits, vegetables, scrambled eggs, rolls and many other dishes (some of them are spicy). There are no queues, there are always tables when the hotel is fully loaded. The dishes are new and clean! No foreign odors! Breakfast is from 6-30 to 10-30, no matter how many times you arrive, everything is always in abundance, there is no such thing as "oh, sorry, we sorted it out, we need to come earlier." It is located a 15-minute walk from the sea. An electric car takes you to the highway, there is a phone at the hotel stop, you dial 0, ask for a car and they come for you). It is difficult to pass by from the main road and make a mistake, it is expensively painted in bright red. The deposit is $100. We were warned, but many tourists were surprised when checking in (they didn't warn us). The pools are amazing, they work until the evening, you can also swim after the sea! They are long, all in greenery, incredibly beautiful both in the afternoon and in the evening! The staff is polite, they try to help as much as possible. No one speaks Russian, but they speak English. We got everything we wanted. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony... It's a pity, of course, but there are a lot of designated places. We did not find any disadvantages)

Great hotel. We were in a new building. I highly recommend taking a room with access to the pool. The pool itself is also cool, you can swim around the entire territory, there is also a separate pool near the old buildings (the water is slightly warmer there). When we checked into the room, we received a compliment in the form of nuts. The room itself is large, cleaned well and daily, there are rain umbrellas, a beach bag with towels. The breakfasts are very good, there is a large selection, if something ends, they are immediately added. There is a shuttle service 24 hours from the main road (you need to call the landline number at the reception), and 10 minutes from the road to Kata Beach. Nearby there are exchangers, 7/11 and a night market (I liked the one that goes out from the hotel to the right)

Lovely hotel, we had 9 nights, everything was very pleasant. Lovely room, a variety of delicious Swedish breakfasts, excellent daily room service, two spacious and beautiful pools, one pool with a bar. The location is good, next to the hotel is the main street of the beach. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, and markets nearby.Hotel Buggies take you from the hotel to the street. Swimming pool: + A very large, winding maze. +/- a tiny children's pool with a small slide. You can use the pool at the villas. It's the same, but there's more greenery around. - icy water. It warms up only for lunch. - in the pool, you can only swim slowly or sit, sour. 4. Location: + Silence - very far from everything. And if electric cars take you to the exit from the hotel, then it takes 15 minutes to get to the sea. There is a shuttle to the beach at 10, 12 and 15 o'clock. Back on your own. Moreover, the hotel is closer to that part of the beach where there is coarse sand and always waves and full of people. CONCLUSION: if all you need from relaxation is to soak in the pool before the skin on your palms shrinks, you are here. If anything else, it's definitely past!

The hotel where we spent 11 nights. Super comfortable, though not close to the sea. There are shuttles that constantly run to the road and to the sea as well. There are older rooms (villas), there are newer ones (elite). The latter are preferable, of course. The room has everything, the only thing I would add to each room is an ironing board with an iron and more "care" items: ear sticks, discs, a set of needle and thread, and so on. The old rooms have 3in1 coffee bags and a teapot, while the new rooms have capsule coffee machines.

We booked this hotel by chance, because it was immediately confirmed. But! There is no limit to my admiration!!!! Everything is just great!!! There are two buildings , the first is apparently an old concept , and the second is modern . We lived in the second one, but we liked the pool better in the old one , the water was warmer there. The breakfasts are excellent, I have never seen dorblu cheese for breakfast before in Thailand , honey in honeycombs, it was much more modest . The food is good . Our room on the ground floor had access to a huge swimming pool, which is perfect. The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, the location is also perfect. It 's great that it 's not on the road , but a little higher up . This does not cause discomfort, but on the contrary, more steps are stomped per day. We really enjoyed it, we will definitely return to Metadi.

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The location is really good: just a 15-minute walk to Kata Beach and a 7-minute taxi ride to Karon Beach. There are many cafes and shops in the area, including the convenient 7/11. The breakfasts were ordinary, but it was enough to have a hearty meal. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and cleaning was done frequently, which pleasantly surprised me. The hotel is pretty good. I removed one star for the disadvantages that were annoying. 1) transparent doors in the toilet and shower room. If you are traveling with your family, it is very inconvenient(. 2) WIFI, does not remember the password. Once you leave the hotel, that's it..When returning, it is again a tedious identification procedure with entering a username and password. 3) a very hard extra bed (for a child). A mattress is needed on it. It is impossible to sleep without it. As if on a board (. 4) the restaurant staff is very polite, but the restaurant itself does not reach 5 stars in terms of assortment. Now many hotels save on this, but in the same season I was in the other five (at Cape Panva). The range was great! 5) there is a small distance from the main street of Kata. Fortunately, there are free shuttles, but sometimes there are none, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk in the heat. The rest of the hotel is great. A huge green area with a swimming pool in the form of a street where you can swim among the trees of the flowering frangapan is unforgettable. Everything is new in the room, plumbing, electrics, air conditioning. Everything is working great! The maids try to clean when you are not at home, so as not to interfere. We are resting at the moment. I really like the hotel. The rooms are large. The territory is excellent. There are a lot of greenery and flowers. Nice pool. Clean and well maintained. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff. There is entertainment for children in the main pool. Near the villa area there is a more peaceful pool with soft sun beds. We chose a Junior Suite with a balcony. A large room with a walk-in closet. But if we come again, we'll choose with access to the pool. Convenient location of the hotel. They take you to the road in golf carts. And there are a lot of cafes and street food markets nearby. There are transfers to the beach, but we have never used it. It's not far on foot at all.

The beautiful landscape, the pool around the perimeter of the hotel, there is also a second pool, more secluded and looks "tropical", we discovered it only after a few days of staying in the metadi. Polite and friendly staff, especially golf cart drivers and the girls at the bar. They know English perfectly well, if you don't know it, they will understand you in sign language, just like in all of Thailand. There are many exchangers nearby, 7/11, night market, beach, bike rental, delicious restaurants, I especially liked Sunlique, in general I recommend the hotel! But don't rush to buy all the excursions from your travel agent, we bought a lot at once and regretted it, we didn't have enough time to relax, but we definitely need to take a couple! But don't take sightseeing tours like author's tours, take jet skis, Phi Phi, Semilanes, etc. 💋💋😇

There was always meat, fish, and various side dishes. Thai soup can be made by yourself, several coffee machines, excellent coffee. On the way to the sea, there are a lot of different cafes for different wallets. But there is a food market right next to the serum on the beach. The quality is as delicious as in a cafe, but 1.5-2 times cheaper and more colorful. We always had lunch there, and had dinner at the cafe. There are steak cafes and Russians for every taste. In general, despite the fact that the agent didn't really tell us anything about this hotel, we took a chance and were very happy. Friends rested at a nearby hotel, which we also considered pamokoo, then came to visit us, and did not want to go to their place) Towels for the beach, for the pool are changed without problems. Near the pool, they are clean, you come up and take them freely. We were in April. The hotel is luxurious, in the very heart! The room was on the 2nd floor with access to the pool via a spiral staircase (take the same one, or even better, the 1st floor). The territory is green, beautiful, lots of flowers and plants. The buildings are made in a semicircle, inside the pools are like canals in Venice: blue, gold and red. It was so atmospheric and romantic that we drank /enjoyed in the pool in the morning and only after 14 hours went to lunch and swim in the sea. The cleaning was excellent, the staff was cool, smiling, it was possible to discuss something in English, there were no problems. The territory of the villas and the pool in Metadee Elite are open — you can swim, go to the bar, walk. It's very instagrammable there, and the plants are taller than you — the pictures turn out great. The pool is much warmer, we liked ours much more. If in Tai, then we will return to Metadee, it is very romantic in it))) PS The most delicious fried ice cream is on the street immediately to the right, then there is a 7-eleven. To the left: the road to the beach, the market (there was a lot of food there, everything is OK), a cool restaurant, a Veranda and a Mandarin. The best excursion to the Similan Islands.

The service is below the baseboard. We took a Private villa. The room is cleaned around 6 p.m. - towels are changed every other time and the trash is taken out, that's it. The floors in the room are black with dirt because they are not cleaned at all. It's the same story in the restaurant - the tables are all sticky and dirty, the dishes are the same, with remnants of someone else's lipstick, ugh. One of the managers, Arthur, speaks Russian. And I also found out that he worked in the hotel business in Kazakhstan. Metadee Elit is a good solution for families with children. There is a good infrastructure near the hotel - shops, restaurants, massage parlors and laundries. 5-7 minutes to the nearest 7Eleven market. 10-15 minutes to the beach. We are thrilled with Metadee!
