A representative of our company came to pick up the product with a paid invoice. The accountant and the manager said that the paid bill means nothing to them until they see the money in the account. Our representative still wanted to go into the office and show the bill, but they wouldn't let him in, they talked extremely boorishly (such expressions were heard from colleagues for the first time). A couple of quotes: "why do you need to come to our office, will you drink our tea?", "we don't care that we detain you, there's nothing to break into our office without prior arrangement," etc. In the end, we managed to pick up the product and the invoices with a fight, spending 2 hours. There are no complaints about the products, but you need to change managers immediately!
