When they finally saw me, and I was relieved to say "finally," the woman at the checkout looked very unhappy and said that they actually had a day off, and in general I need to say thank you for coming to meet us. And so. If you're pointing out that you have a day off, then don't open the store. And if you have already opened, then be kind enough to serve customers and not be rude.

It seems to me that a child would do better in a labor lesson. The worst part is that she is completely incompetent in professional matters. Although she positioned herself as a master. I evaluate by results, not by words. The result did not confirm her words. I am very sorry that I paid for the service in full, as I did not receive the work that was fully completed. And she also told me that she did not charge Me for her unfinished alterations. Although it was discussed before, when I took the thing away, I noticed that it was uneven, ugly and bulging, that I would most likely return, because there was a flaw in the lining. As a result, I take it to another studio, because this ugliness cannot be worn. I hope the workshop management will contact me to refund at least part of the amount I paid, because the scope of services has not been fully provided.
