Then this "employee", acting as a cloakroom attendant, gathered our jackets in a pile, crumpled them, and hung them on one hanger, simultaneously demanded to show the contents of the bag, finding an open bottle of cola, said that he would not let us in with his drinks. I have never seen such wild nonsense anywhere, in any institution, in any country. Next, at the checkout, when paying for the track, there is a very dissatisfied brunette, with a very arrogant look, who apparently finds it very difficult to do her job, because she accepted payment for the track with such a dissatisfied look that the desire to continue to be in this institution after meeting these two "workers" has already disappeared. The cherry on the cake was the speed of order processing, we ordered drinks, which then had to be demanded, since it had already been half an hour since the start of the visit. In general, dear management, I would like to ask you, if you value the reputation of your institution and if you want people to contact you, please take a closer look at your staff. Otherwise, I really love this place, despite these nuances.
