It's a great time to spend time. Beer and snacks are available. There is a small separate room for a feast, pay only for the food (do not take squid in batter-one dough, everything else is delicious, the portions are large). There is no time limit.
The only disadvantage is the toilet on the ground floor (the bowling alley itself is on the 1st floor), you need to go up and down the stairs.

В целом заведение хорошее, тут можно и время хорошо провести и день рождения отпраздновать.
Из развлечений есть боулинг и бильярд.
Еда не очень понравилась, выбор алкоголя тоже.
Три звезды снял за персонал и его отношение к посетителям: на встрече вас встречает огромный охранник с большим IQ, который говорит мест нет, не поинтересовавшись бронировали мы или нет, после чего начнет нести какой-то бред про холодное оружие и ответственность за его хранение, что это вообще за бред, люди пришли поиграть в боулинг, расслабиться а не устраивать тут поножовщину. Дальше этот "работник" выполняя роль гардеробщицы собрал наши куртки в кучу, смял, и повесил их на одну вешалку, параллельно потребовал предъявить содержимое сумки, обнаружив открытую бутылку колы сказал, что не пустит со своими напитками. Такого дикого бреда я нигде не наблюдал, ни в одном заведении, ни в одной стране.
Далее на кассе при оплате за дорожку сидит очень недовольная брюнетка, с очень высокомерным взглядом, которой судя по всему очень тяжело выполнять свою работу, потому что она с таким недовольным видом принимала оплату за дорожку, что желание дальше находится в этом заведении встретив этих двух "работников" уже отпало.
Вишенкой на торте была скорость обработки заказов, мы заказали напитки, которые потом необходимо было уже требовать, так как уже прошло пол часа от начала посещения.
В общем, уважаемое руководство, хотелось бы попросить вас, если вы дорожите репутацией вашего заведения и если хотите, чтобы люди к вам обращалась, пожалуйста, присмотритесь к вашему персоналу.
В остальном, очень люблю это заведение, не смотря на эти нюансы.

Having visited other establishments, I can say that the metro is the best in the city in its services. The prices are justified and it is better to pay extra here than to deal with problems in other places.

In principle, I liked everything, but ...
1. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both were too salty.
2. Ofiki, where are you?)
3. Barmaid 10/10 in every sense (in terms of service)
4. The tables are small and not very comfortable for me (no matter how strange it sounds)
5. Alcoholic beverages were very good and of high quality.

The billiards game itself has wildly improved, BUT the staff from the very entrance is simply disgusting!Security-arrogance!It feels like he owns an island in parallel!Administration-just po * uy!They stare and stupidly flutter their eyelashes. Waiters-well, I didn't even pick up the words here. The girls simply did not approach the table. A smile in this institution is probably not available at all.

Прекрасное место, вежливый персонал, хорошее обслуживание, сразу реагировали на наши просьбы. Есть дорожки боулинга с бортиками для детей. Праздновали др ребёнка. Готовят вкусную пиццу.

Офигенное место для отдыха. Есть боулинг, бильярд, ночной клуб. Кухня хорошая. Боулинг надо заранее бронировать так как дорожки всегда заняты. Рекомендую посетить. Цены выше чем в других заведениях. Но этого стоит. Посетите.

Были в четвером в среду,отмечали день рождение. Заказ на 180р+60р боулинг. Приехали из Минска в ваш город,погулять,посмотреть. Заведение хорошее,чисто,вкусно,но нам не сделали скидку на день рождение.О предварительном заказе не знали,хотя звонили за сутки и бронировали стол.

Очень классный боулинг, на первой дорожке выставляются бортики для детей. Есть кафешка с очень приятной атмосферой, бильярд. Есть проход в клуб База

Персонал вежливый и всё объясняет. Атмосфера как в клубе. Музыка современная и приятная. Напитки обычные но цены немного кусаются хотя для таких мест цена нормальная.

Хорошее место поиграть в боулинг. Часто здесь бываем с детьми. Есть детские дорожки, поэтому детворе очень интересно играть. Доступные цены, вежливый персонал. Будем захаживать впредь.

Из плюсов.
Это единственный боулинг клуб в Гродно. Очень хорошая музыка и отличная атмосфера. Выдаются носки (бахилы) для сменной обуви. Столики со стульями возле дорожек.
Из минусов.
Мало места для больших компаний, что бы переобуться. Нас было 11 человек и 4 пришлось стоять ждать. Ну и самое главное то, что НЕЛЬЗЯ СОХРАНИТЬ СЕБЕ СТАТИСТИКУ ИГРЫ.
Для кого как.
Как почти во всех клубах дорогое спиртное и закуски. Стоимость дорожки на 1 час от 25 до 30 byn в выходные дни.

Это заведение потеряло свою прежнюю красоту. Раньше да это было заведение в которое хотелось возвращаться теперь к сожалению о нем сказать такого нельзя ремонт очень старый, дорожки старые, персонал не очень вежливый кухня так себе

Персонал не приветливый, были первый раз в Метро, дорожку бронировали заранее,администратор об этом даже и не знал. На лестнице встретили охранника, который предложил пройти в гардероб, а дальше идите сами, куда хотите. У бара встретили официанта, который рассказал куда идти. Администратор девушка, пыталась отказать в использовании скидки в честь дня рождения, ведь с её слов скидка действует только при брони дорожки ( на сайте данной информации нет) как и говорила ранее, бронь была сделана за 5 дней. Так себе персонал
