Keep in mind that everything is extremely subjective and everyone who writes about this institution is not a restaurant critic (food writer)! Soviet cafe-restaurant with a huge hall. I came several times in the afternoon/evening and each time there is no one in the establishment at all. But at the same time, they cook delicious and fast, and the prices are reasonable. The service is good. I wonder how they survive if the place is empty, although maybe I was just so lucky :)
