For the first time, I had a pleasant impression: manicures and pedicures were done well and quickly, various loyalty programs were offered, and a discount was made on the first visit. The pedicure was without foot treatment and the price for the complex was reduced for me. The administrator suggested a solution.
Today, the impression has deteriorated. I signed up for the same complex, during the pedicure, the master discussed with the administrator (today there was another one) that I do not need to do foot treatment, since they are soft. I signed up for the complex, as they do everything together at once: manicure and pedicure + offer loyalty, that I go and do several services at once. Why would I sign up for 2 different services, log in to the application 2 times, choose 2 times the time and the master, if a complex is offered. Well, do less than you are asked to do. Why is it more expensive? After work, I asked to have less done to me - just a manicure and toes, without the whole foot. The receptionist didn't send me a receipt. The administrator told me that this is not the complex that I signed up for, since they did not make stops (they did less work), and I have to pay for 2 services and more expensive than the complex that I originally signed up for. And they also told me to run to the car and bring the money. It is very unpleasant in relation. I did not ask me to lower the price even for less work, I was ready to pay for the complex, but on the contrary they increased it for me.
