1) Outgoing SWIFT is not provided in the bank
2) The mobile banking app barely works, there is no regular online banking. In mobile, there are "technical works" every now and then during which one or the other function does not work.
3) SMS messages for making purchases are not consistently received. The bank refers to technical work and asks to register in a telegram bot, which is almost impossible to do without help in their office due to the inadequacy of this bot. To the question when those will end. works and SMS messages will start coming, they reply "we can't answer". To the question "how long has it been out of service?" they answer "we don't know, more than a month" (January 2024).
When calling technical support, the operator could not understand what 3D-Secure is (the basic technology of any bank for online payment) and the language barrier has nothing to do with it. To many questions, the operator's answer is the same in the spirit of "unfortunately, I do not know this information."
