When calling technical support, the operator could not understand what 3D-Secure is (the basic technology of any bank for online payment) and the language barrier has nothing to do with it. Малообразованные сотрудники банка. Плохо говорят по-русски, по английски не говорят. По телефону не консультируют, только в чате Телеграмма. Плохо разбираются в банковских услугах. Я уже 4 месяца пытаюсь вернуть деньги за ошибочный платёж, и все 4 месяца они мне задают глупые вопросы по 2-3 кругу, они даже не понимают, что этим занимается компания Visa и сама Виза принимает решение для возврата платежа

Служба поддержки это что то необычное. Она отсутствует от слова совсем. Они отвечают по 4-5 часов на запрос. Вопросы не решаются. Отписываются, лишь бы отписаться. Обратите внимание на вашу клиентонаправленность

Две недели на работает смс аутентификация. Сначала отправляют запрос сотовому оператору, затем закрывают обращение, с ответом, что все исправлено. По факту не могу пользоваться ни приложением, ни проводить оплаты: смс от банка не приходят. Техническая поддержка никакая.

Если с банком возникли какие то проблемы - то она никогда не решится, потому что колл центр бездействует, а отвечающие сотрудники зарывают голову в песок и уходят от ответов.
