Everything is working at 1000%. I transfer any amount from the Savings Bank within 3-5 minutes to be credited! I have been using it for 3 years now, there are no problems. In different countries , I only pay with it , everything is great , The only thing I can't transfer from a Tajik card to someone , well , that's fine.

The money has gone from the Digital bank, but it has not been credited to the Tajik bank card, I have been writing appeals every day for 2 weeks, but the support absolutely does not want to figure it out, the money has gone nowhere, so if you want to say goodbye to your money, please transfer to this bank, no one will even talk to you- it's just Scammers!! therefore, we draw conclusions and open maps of any other country except Tajikistan and only not IBT24!!

I have issued a card for making purchases on foreign websites and paying when traveling in Europe. I managed to use it once when I booked a hotel on <url>. I tried to buy tickets to the Budapest Opera online, but it was unsuccessful. I am not receiving an SMS code to confirm the payment. After several attempts and multiple logins to the mobile bank, the application failed: the bank's application does not recognize the PIN code and offers to register again. You need to enter your passport number. And then you start thinking: whether to share this data with anyone is unknown. There is no 24/7 customer support in fact. I'm terrified, but what if the card starts to fail when I'm abroad!!! If I had known in advance, I would never have issued a card to this bank.((( Today is 09/25/2025. Adding information. I have not used the card for a long time, although the bank regularly charged 4 euros/month. I recently changed my smartphone and downloaded all the apps from the old one. As a result, ITB Bank blocked my access to the mobile application for "my security purposes." I can't unblock it. I spend hours (not minutes) chatting in the chatbot and waiting for the bank's operators in the "help" section. I sent a lot of information about myself, my account, and my contacts. It's like in a fairy tale about a white bull. I feel it's easier to cancel the card and lose the remaining 30 euros in the account than to waste time and have problems.

It feels like the card data is merging, so I don't recommend it. I've been using it for a couple of years - everything was fine, it works everywhere abroad. At some point, there were left attempts to write off money, but unsuccessful - I reacted in time and put a block. I have reissued the card. The new one arrived very quickly. But after a short time, attempts to debit started again, despite the fact that I was paying with my new card only for music in the official store. In other words, the card data was stolen again. I will not reissue it, I will look for other options. If you do use them, do not keep money on the card in any case, make an additional invoice and transfer the required amount to the card for payment. And also enable a ban on operations without 3ds. Yes, the support is specific. They are polite and helpful, but they may not respond for hours. But when everything was working normally, support was not needed. If it weren't for the data drains, it would be ok.

It's a pity that the rating starts with one star. The card does not work on foreign websites. You can pay from Russia exclusively through googlepay. No one has ever warned about this when issuing a card. The bank's support responds as quickly as possible in an hour, and only if you write during business hours.

I stayed at the gas station in the evening without money, without gasoline, with nothing to pay for the hotel, they respond in the chat once a day - after 5-6 hours. Don't spend money on getting a card from them. If your payment goes wrong, the money will be charged twice and no one will refund anything. I bought an IBT24 card in Russia. I tried to get a transfer from the EU for the product. No matter which bank the buyer went to, they refused everywhere - there are no SWIFt transfers to Tajikistan. An absolutely meaningless VISA is expensive. I do not recommend buying such a card. You will not open either Pay Pal or App Pay or anything at all. You don't need a card for anything at all. Almost 30 thousand is just a waste.

I can't imagine how such a large organization as a BANK can operate using the Sharashkin's office system, but in the case of this bank, this is exactly what happened many times. I asked my tour manager to help me and contact customer support, and a bank employee responded to my tour operator, but no one responded to my messages. The situation was resolved with the help of my tour operator. 2) I haven't used the card for a year. I got ready for a trip and went into my personal account, saw that they had tried to pay for purchases in Tajikistan from my card many times, namely more than 30 times, among the purchases were a Samsung phone and a basket of cosmetics from a store like the Golden Apple in Moscow, only in Tajikistan. The card and my data couldn't get to anyone. After its activation, it was always with me in Moscow, when I used it, I put it in my bag. It was always available only to me, until I used it, it was stored in a safe at home in Moscow, but nevertheless they tried to make purchases with it in Tajikistan. All this means is that a bank employee has taken over my data. I have not received a response to my complaints to the bank, except for the recommendation to include an addendum. the payment protection option in your merchant profile. You can get a response once a day, if you're lucky and it doesn't match the request. They are not competent. The chat does not work in the bank's app. Support sometimes reads messages and then closes the chat without an answer (operator Ahmadjon). When creating an application (request), its number is not sent. When contacting the chat again, without the application number, you have to re-report the entire story. It looks more like the creation of the application is a fiction. Interns are generally zero. It is impossible to access your personal account from the bank's website, as it is not provided on the website. You can log into your personal account only through an application that works every other time. In general, they don't process applications, so they don't contact clients. You write to them every time, just like the first time. This organization is fictitious, created for other purposes, guess for yourself what. Making a card of this bank is a discarded money. Don't mess with them. Rolls of correspondence about nothing, without an answer, without viewing, without paying attention to the essence of the question. The answer is for show. Fraudsters withdraw money from the card without any confirmation via SMS and other things. Technical support does not solve these issues in any way. What is the point of such a bank if it is absolutely unreliable and money cannot be kept there? They didn't do anything during that time, they just took their time. I have never seen such banks in my life.

In mobile, there are "technical works" every now and then during which one or the other function does not work. 3) SMS messages for making purchases are not consistently received. The bank refers to technical work and asks to register in a telegram bot, which is almost impossible to do without help in their office due to the inadequacy of this bot. To the question when those will end. works and SMS messages will start coming, they reply "we can't answer". To the question "how long has it been out of service?" they answer "we don't know, more than a month" (January 2024). When calling technical support, the operator could not understand what 3D-Secure is (the basic technology of any bank for online payment) and the language barrier has nothing to do with it. To many questions, the operator's answer is the same in the spirit of "unfortunately, I do not know this information."
