Because the first time I asked, there were a lot of questions, I eventually found out from friends. there is little information on the Internet, or it is not reliable, I just shot a video about the actual procedure, what I found on the sites is different. So 1. Pass the site, located near the traffic police, check-in from Rumlevsky Prospekt. There is a diagram at the entrance to this parking lot, but I'll tell you, you drive in and immediately turn left, along the fence in a circle to such a canopy, stop there. You wait for an employee to come, take a picture of the hood, wine, and pick up the technical passport. I arrived at 13.20 somewhere, at 14 he starts walking around cars, then you park and go to pick up your passport under this canopy (the employee will tell you all this) everyone is happy, it turned out quickly. (I think for 20 minutes). You don't need to bring any statements with you. You don't need anything but a technical passport. The inspection is valid for 30 days 2. Knowing about the long queues (they're kind of standing on the street), after talking with friends, I decided to arrive early, dressed warmly, like cabbage, because waiting in the cold is so-so. The erip statements were not needed, everything is visible in the program (it is better to pay the day before, the rip payments are a bit stupid). You need a passport, a purchase and sale agreement, and those. Passport, completed site (online information, no document is provided), technical passport, and that's about it. They told me to drive up at 10:30 to pick up the registration number, I arrived just at 10:30, they called in turn, at 10:40 I already left with the numbers, so everything went great.

The work and lunch schedules are different everywhere (one at the entrance, the second inside, the third on the Internet). Coupons are issued long before the opening and it is not indicated anywhere at what time the terminal starts operating. If you don't visit the traffic police often, you'll see a complete mess. There's no one to ask! To ask, you need to take a ticket, but they have already been disassembled after business hours, the rest of the time the terminal does not work. What can I say. They take half an hour in the windows. You won't get coupons after lunch. They just don't give them out, despite the fact that there are no people with coupons. In general, then there is the reception of documents without coupons, for one person 20-30 minutes, although there are more nimble ones. Unfortunately, I had to face a special person who decided to choose who to accept, registration or withdrawal, chose a more profitable option for herself and it is more expensive to argue with this. I am writing this review in the hope that the management will reconsider the attitude and this institution will become more customer-oriented. There are examples of excellent work.

It's just terrible! What is happening there now with queues for registration/withdrawal, re-registration and other services. Those who wrote below that this is the norm, what is the norm? People get up at 5 a.m. to queue up and get a stupid ticket!!!! And it's not a fact that they will be served on the same day. The staff responds rudely, realizing that people have been standing for days and are tense to the limit. When trying to figure out what is being done to solve this issue, none of the bosses were in place. What happened 3.5 years ago has remained the same, in fact, this issue is not being resolved in any way. Everyone is satisfied with everything.. It's very, very sad. People who plan to register / remove a car from the register, keep in mind that it is necessary to take a queue from early morning.

It was my first time in MREO, so I didn't know about such a service before. I literally pulled all the information out of the woman in the window with pincers, but in response there was only silence and a displeased look. Fortunately, the visitors from the neighboring windows suggested everything. Then the question is why are the employees there if they are silent.
