A visit to the MRO traffic police is perhaps one of the most vivid, though not the most pleasant, memories of a motorist. This time, reality exceeded all expectations, turning the process of obtaining transit numbers into a real test of strength. When I arrived at the cherished institution in the morning, I was faced with a picture: a crowd of people occupying all the free space. Already at 11:30, it became obvious that the limit of visitors for that day had long been exceeded. The atmosphere was tense to the limit: nervousness, sighs, displeased glances – all this was in the air. There were 65 people in front of me. Three long hours of waiting turned into agonizing flipping through the pages of the waiting magazine and fruitless attempts to catch at least some glimmer of hope. And finally, after three hours of agonizing waiting, it was my turn. The cherished minute flew by like lightning: a quick check of documents, a few signatures, and here they are, transit numbers. Despite the final positive result, the overall impression of the visit to the MRO traffic police remained extremely negative. The obvious lack of resources, inefficient organization of work and disregard for the time of citizens turn a simple process into a real torture. I would like to believe that in the future the situation will change for the better, and obtaining the necessary documents will become faster and more comfortable for everyone.

You will not always come across literate people who are trying to help you with your question. Although there were a lot of people that day, the queue moved quickly enough. After that, they told me to come by 12.00 for the documents. By this time, there was a queue for a ticket to register a car, but to pick up a driver's license in a separate window and without a ticket and queue. Everything is cool. When paying, do not be lazy to set off a symbolic 5 rubles and the paperwork will be spared. The car reconciliation took 10 minutes, 9 of which were in the car queue. He arrived at 8:30 a.m., was instructed to return in the evening for ready-made rooms, and left at 11:30 a.m. The longest time is to drink coffee with a croissant in the queue. The horror!!! Terrible and just terrible!!! I don't understand what this department is for!!! On Saturday, I arrived to register the car, at 11.10 there was a queue at the 78th customer... My ticket read 153... and then it's just trash... the Turkmens stood in window #1 +/-1h. The numbers with the documents were brought, taken away, and as a result, they left satisfied with the numbers and happy!)... then a man without a ticket came to the same window, asking where your ticket was... And like I've lived it off... this is the second time, I've already been.... (and then a little later... he came exactly through this window, after a lunch replay of this particular specialist!!!! )After that, we went on a lunch break, it was indicated that without overworking (1 hour) in turn ...) on client 146, they came with a coupon of 80 and were accepted without delay, it was not a one-time event, people who came after the information kiosk showed "the limit exceeded" passed without waiting in line.... croce, with all the mayhem, 60 people passed in 4 hours.... And so it got worse we find out that this institution does not issue region #8 because it wanted a NEW ONE and was paid for a new one (there is no 7 anymore) institutions advise you to visit Zhdanovichi and at the same time claims that you will not be able to get there ... BUT!!! Arriving at Zhdanovichi after being rejected... to the Left! The documents were accepted at Zhdanovichi in 40 minutes from the moment of taking the ticket!!! There were 36 people in front of us!!!! Something like that!!! So, from my own experience, I advise you if you have the opportunity to go to Zhdanovichi !!! I could have had rooms on the same day, but the day off is going nowhere and there are no rooms!!! Only on Tuesday,))))

I spent more than six hours waiting to reissue the technical data sheet. I am glad that there is a cafe, but I would like the assortment to be better (when you sit for half a day, of course, you would not refuse a normal menu, cutlets and potatoes, and not dessert and croissant). There is a toilet that is surprisingly clean and with toilet paper. The disadvantage is also that obtaining a technical passport is a live queue, rather than an electronic one, due to the fact that there are a lot of people looking for this queue, there is also a separate queue for replacing / obtaining a driver's license.

Wait until 14, make a reconciliation and quickly go to the building on the 3rd floor, take a ticket, file the docks in the window and remove the car from the register. I really liked it. On a weekday, the car was removed from the register in 35 minutes (from the moment of arrival in the queue for reconciliation to the exit from the MREO with transit numbers). The doors were closed. But in fact they were opened at about 7:50. The queue for the ticket goes fast enough, the whole point is that everyone there needs to enter the series and passport number. A coupon for banking services and insurance is also taken there (preferably immediately). Of the 4 windows, 3 were working. Everything is fast enough. Immediately give your old numbers to the window (wipe them, otherwise there were those who brought dirty ones). But I had a jamb - the car was bought new from the salon and the dealer (thank him very much) did not put the electronic passport of the car in the package of documents. This is my first time doing registration and shopping from the salon, I did not know about this document. I had to go away and call the dealer, wait until he finds my passport, drops it on Viber. The printout is in the "banking services" window, you need to take a coupon even for printing. I printed it out. I returned to the registration window (there is no queue for the ticket anymore). Everything was arranged very quickly. The issue is on Thursday from 13 to 13:30 in the 7 window with the passport. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. If it wasn't for my joint with the car passport, I would have spent 20 minutes on everything instead of an hour. Reconciliation of numbers for cars from the salon is not required.

It is better to come here, of course, if you are not near the Zhdanovichi.. If it is not critical to receive in one day, then it makes sense to go by 11 o'clock, then the reconciliation does not go beyond the site. And taking into account the queue of plus or minus 100 people, then the documents are handed over around 16 hours. And accordingly, the receipt is tomorrow at 16. This applies to Tuesday, if on Thursday, then everything is reduced by a multiple - both the queue and the waiting time. If you absolutely need to do everything in one day, then you should arrive by 6 am. There doesn't seem to be a limit on coupons.

I would like to see this improved 🙏🏼 First of all, if you are going to re—register, get in line for reconciliation. After checking, go up to the 3rd floor and take a ticket for submitting documents. If you have Internet banking, you can pay for everything on the spot in the window: payments come instantly to the database, and do not require printing. If it is not possible to pay via online banking, then take two coupons: first to the cashier, then to the application. There are limits on the issuance of new driver's licenses (150 people in the morning), so here anyone is lucky. You may have to drive a couple of times. Inside there is an insurance department, a toilet and a cafe. There is no problem with parking, if you do not fit near the business center, there is additional Parking at the bottom

An unfriendly and rude employee, accepts documents for the exchange of VU. The photo is taken by a complete opposite position. The quality of the photo is blurred, and the photo is better obtained on a budget mobile phone. The suspicion after communicating with such employees is spoiled, time is lost. I would like employees to treat citizens with respect and not confuse that they are in the workplace, and not at home. They helped and answered any questions that arose and did not do anything else.

But it turned out not to be so scary. The reconciliation was completed in an hour. It took a little more than an hour to re-register. There are normal toilets inside. Delicious coffee is offered. Payment is made on the spot, you only need to take a voucher. Everything was done in one window (the application was printed and immediately reissued). I liked everything.

For those who are going to exchange a driver's license, you do not need to stand in line all the way to the top of the machine that issues a ticket and ask without queuing, they will definitely let you press the button 1 time, because you do not need to fill in anything and it takes 5 seconds. There are not many people who change their rights. I was on Saturday, I came up to 8.10 a.m. there was a queue from the entrance, about 100 people. About 40-50 minutes later, we reached the issue of the voucher. I received a coupon , immediately called to the window , gave the documents , was invited to the photo room and told to come in the evening on a first-come, first-served basis. All this took about 5 minutes , but they were given out immediately. For those who register a car, it is probably more difficult and longer. There were queues in the morning for the voucher and for reconciliation and in the evening to pick it up, on Saturday it is better to arrive probably by 6-7 in the morning if you want to hurry up. From the conversations, I realized that there are noticeably fewer people on weekdays.
