There are just a lot of people. Where, what, is not clear. It's good that there are people who tell you how and what. But despite the difficulties, we managed to do everything. And this is despite the fact that we arrived almost at lunchtime, after they refused to rent a room (there are no rooms, although the payment was accepted) and we had to move here. People are much softer and more respectful here. Thanks a lot to the traffic controllers and especially to the girls in Checking the Numbers. They helped me a lot, they also gave me moral support and made me laugh while I was talking to them. Keep it up ! Faith in people is growing! Even though it's incredibly hard for them there, in such a crowd, they find the strength and "courage" not to show it and treat people like a human being! thank you! Minus this is the 3rd floor, which my disabled father barely climbed up to.

I came to replace my driver's license. The building itself and the entrance are easy to find, but the window for registration is another quest. We go up to the 3rd floor, and there are a lot of people there, where to go? My eyes are running away. So, it turned out that in order to replace the driver's license, you need to go all the way to the left, there is a waiting room and few people, unlike the hall on the right, where cars are processed. There's also a sign on the glazing about the replacement of the Vu. There was no queue, they were issued in 10 minutes, took a photo there and said that the issue would be in an hour and a half. Also, do not forget to pay in advance through erip for the issuance of a driver's license, computer services and application processing. In general, everything is good and fast, but please, more pointers to issue a driver's license, you don't change your license every day.

I read the reviews on these Internet sites of yours, got ready for the meat grinder on Saturday morning. I was prepared for the fact that I would not be able to manage in a day. Reconciliation starts at 9, was on site at 7 a.m., there were no more than 8 cars. In addition to sellers, buyers and resellers, there was already a man with a badge, keeping order and kindly answering all questions. I needed to de-register and sell, respectively, I downloaded a sample application for reconciliation/withdrawal + a purchase agreement in advance in the evening, filled it out and printed it out so as not to give the bugs 50 BYN for just one contract), which I don't know how to fill out the application now)). While I was waiting for the reconciliation, I took off and wiped the numbers and paid 42 BYN for transit and a ruble and a penny for a computer through the ERIP. services. At 9 a.m., the reconciliation began, clearly, calmly, without noise and dust. 2 or 3 employees go around everyone in turn and go 10 cars deep at a time, if you count one lane at a time, I got into the first wave. They do everything online (!) with tablets (the application is not needed here already, we carry it with the contract to the traffic police). I checked in, left and immediately drove into the parking lot, returned to the shopping center, went up the stairs, took a ticket (in the terminal you need to specify your personal passport number and pre-pay for services (see above)), the number was 418, in windows 410-414, called in 3 minutes, we didn't even have time to figure it out. The girl in the 13-year-old window seemed to be extremely polite, attentive, prompted everything, told, shared a couple of life hacks, arranged everything, immediately issued transits to the happy buyer and let us go in peace. We asked a few questions in two more different windows - everyone is attentive and involved, no negativity and no distorted faces. The windows are dark, the hall is empty, there are no chairs - they are in the next room and there are 100 of them + a terminal and televisions with information displaying who should go where. A total of 3 hours were spent, of which 2 were waiting for reconciliation from 7 to 9 (they open from 9) in order to be in the first rows. In general, the feeling was completely chaotic, on the one hand, I was preparing for a meat grinder, on the other, "perlo", so at least go to the casino. I don't know what influenced it, maybe it was morning and the staff weren't so exhausted yet, maybe we were smiling hard, maybe something else. But I sincerely thank all the employees, superiors and higher authorities for the excellent organization of the process. Honestly, I'm pleasantly surprised, keep it up!
