What I like most about Mezzeluna is stability. The menu is extensive but not cluttered; the feeling of “the kitchen is under control” comes no matter what you order. The service team is also generally interested and fast; they keep contact with the table at the right dose—neither too involved nor casualties. The atmosphere is also balanced enough to carry both a crowded dinner and a calmer meeting. My only criticism is on the service fee side. The service is already the standard task of the service team; in addition, when added as an item, it creates the feeling of “I'm paying for the same service twice”. Moreover, this application unnecessarily hardens the price perception; although the taste and experience are good, it may miss the taste at account closing. The most stylish solution for such a powerful brand is to either completely remove the service fee or at least to make it more clearly transparent along with the grounds.

On October 4, 25 at trh, 4 people went for dinner, I ordered Linguine con gamberi e calamari because I really like seafood. Unfortunately, 3 shrimp, which had nothing to do with the photo, were also served with a few small squid, which were not very selected on the plate. The linguine served as fresh homemade also gave a different smell and taste, I couldn't eat it, I asked them when they were buying the plate, they said let's tell the chef the problem, but no one came and explained. Then I asked again, did you see if anyone came and went again, so we paid the bill and screwed up. I will remember it as a place that I will not go again and would not recommend. Customer satisfaction is important, I think it should be taken care of. It seemed interesting to me that while institutions were conducting post-service surveys for customer satisfaction, they were not interested despite the fact that I told them 2 times about the uneatable food while still at the venue.
