I've been working here for several years now and I'm generally happy, but there's one HUGE "but" – it's the heat! There is a catastrophic lack of cooling in the hall. Exercising, especially in wet weather, is simply unbearable. The stuffiness is terrible, sweat is pouring down, and it becomes physically difficult to practice for more than an hour. It feels like you're working out in a sauna. In the gym itself: the equipment is good, there are enough simulators for any muscle groups, it is clean, and the staff is friendly. I am pleased with the space, good locker rooms, a shower, a sink for quenching thirst in the gym. The prices are, in principle, adequate. But this heat problem negates all the advantages. Seriously, this makes training not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous for your health. I hope the management will take measures and deal with the cooling of the room. So far, unfortunately, I can't give more than 3 stars because of this terrible stuffiness. It's a pity, because the potential of the hall is great, I do not know better in Brest, but there are air conditioners in the hall.

The child goes to the modeling studio, which is located in the Mfit. Well, while the child is doing the fashion show, I'm doing it in the gym. There's a friendly girl at the reception. The changing rooms are clean. There is a small sports nutrition store. The gym has good multidirectional exercise equipment.

The pressure is weak; in order for the water to flow, you need to press the button, and after a second the water turns off… I'm also frozen. In general, I don't feel like I've visited one of the coolest halls in the city.
