She gave away her SD card, which had been burned by the card reader, for restoration. The situation was complicated by the fact that other services had previously refused to work with it, they explained that their computers could not see the card, suggested formatting the card in the camera and trying to restore it as deleted (as it turned out later, this would have reduced to zero the chance that it would be possible to restore at least something). Here, they immediately told me, within 5 minutes, that they had signed a contract with the card, and in less than a day they called me and informed me that 100% of the information had been restored and uploaded back to this card (the card had been repaired), you can pick it up! Restoring all information from a 512 GB card (95% of the memory was filled) cost 150 rubles (it would have been much more expensive to buy a new card), the staff are friendly, in case of repeated occurrence of similar situations, I will definitely contact only here.

Despite the fact that my HDD could not be resuscitated by the Center, I give it five stars for its obvious customer orientation, which manifested itself in the literacy (both technical and sales) of preliminary telephone consultation, and in the free delivery of the "patient" from me to the company, and in the coordination of diagnostic stages, and in the absence of attempts snatch "at least a piece of wool." Just for comparison, I will say that the previous "masters" (thanks to whom, apparently, the hard drive finally died) raped the poor guy for more than a month, then threw up their hands, begged for money "at least for beer for the time spent", tried to stick a left broom in place of the new recipient provided to them, and their apotheosis was their request to write a positive review on the service portal. In general, against their background, the Data Recovery Center looks like an Olympus, and even grief over the lost family archive cannot spoil the positive impressions of communicating with its employees.
