Spa is a separate love ❤️ I will definitely be back. Food (we waited a very long time) about 50 min. Ilyas, our waiter, was just a sweetheart, he kept calm, unlike others who had panic on their faces from the influx of visitors. We tried to order food in three places. The first is the spa area, I asked the boys to help me make an order, and now they brought me a glass of water because I was dizzy, I ignored it, we got up and went closer to the slide, got in line to make an order, the girl at the checkout confused the orders and fell into a stupor. I just didn't take orders and blinked. And our third stop was next to the stage. Ilyas came over and took the order. He warned that a large influx would have to wait. That's what I mean by professionalism.

The place to stay is good. We have been coming with our family for several years. The children are happy. I like cleanliness, order, and territory. It's great in summer and winter. But.....the food feels like it's being brought in from some past banquet. It's not fresh, and it looks and tastes terrible. I was afraid to feed the children. In the end, it's not for nothing. My daughter was sick all night. Food prices are wild. In general, as the kitchen has changed, it discourages everyone from going there. You can't take anything with you, but at least you can take your own safe food. And there were times, about 10 years ago or a little more, the cuisine was excellent, the service was like in Turkey. In the summer, sitting by the pool, they brought any food and drinks. It really felt like Turkey. And the prices were soooo reasonable. The food is delicious, I still remember manti, some other dishes, even the fast food was better than the branded ones. I even said once, why Turkey, it's no worse here, but there's no sea. And then...Everything has changed dramatically. Apparently the catering tenant has changed, but the new one....It feels like he's experimenting on his clients. Everything became not tasty, terribly expensive, the service dropped below the baseboard, as if the staff worked for free. After the changes, we didn't go for several years. But recently we decided to give it a chance. The service has improved. But there is NO kitchen.
