Miami or Hawaii is a super vacation! You can spend the whole day swimming and walking around the huge entertainment area! Saunas , restaurant, swimming pools, waves! Amazing for any age! There are additional services of massage and spa rooms. We have a great rest when we go there, at any time of the year!!!

The kitchen is good, the service is fast, but what's bad is there is no cash payment everywhere. Cash is not taken, it is not convenient when money runs out on Caspi. With a family of three sons and a husband and wife comes out somewhere 50/70 thousand. You can actually go to Kapchagai for a day.

We have been here 2 times. Most recently on 3.12.2024. Cool place, Lots of slides, pools. It is interesting for both children and adults. This time there was no large pool (it is under renovation), which slightly spoiled the mood)

We were going to go here for a very long time and finally we went. Tickets were purchased to the Vip area for the opportunity to visit the baths. Food was included in the ticket price. They were allowed to bring a bottle of water per person with them. The pools on the street were packed to capacity, I really didn't like how the rescuers behaved. They huddled together and were constantly on their phones. The food we were offered was just disgusting. The choice is extremely small, everything is cold. There are no cutlery, I had to run after the staff to bring the cutlery. The pools that day smelled terribly of bleach, especially in the area of the baths. We queued for 40 minutes on the slide, it's generally terrible. The only thing I liked was the baths themselves. That's it! We paid a lot of money, we were hungry and didn't really rest. It's a disappointment. Don't set foot here anymore!!! If there were a minus, the points would be a big minus.

I really liked it! Especially baths, and massage, I was at Maga's, I highly recommend it. I don't know who has the children, but they liked it too.
It is a little inconvenient that the bracelet cannot be replenished with a card. But in general everything is OK, the kitchen, the bar, the waiters are great. Slides, waves, foam party for children. There are some moments with the kitchen due to the delay, I'll write it off for Sunday.

There are a lot of pools of different depths. It is true that there is a lot of chlorine, which already smells in the air. There is a spa on site.
The kitchen is for 4, the kebabs were delicious (we ate lamb, ham, chicken wings and mushrooms. The latter were not very tasty, everything else is good); I would not recommend taking pasta, pizza is allowed for children, but also not the most elegant.
The bar is on 4. The lemonade was good, there are only two versions of the draft beer zhiguli bar and Chinese. Probably it was worth making more bars for customers, because the flow of customers is large and I think the bartenders are always in order.

Saunas, baths are good! The water in the pool is also varied in temperature. The smell of chlorine is present, but not annoying. In general, everyone liked the holiday with children.

A great place to relax with your family. There are a lot of saunas (tropical, Khan's, several hamams, salt, Tien Shan, Finnish, that's what I remember 😃) several pools with different water temperatures, a lot of slides for children, children are delighted 😍, there are also for adults but I did not take the risk 😄 for personal reasons. There are also artificial waves 🌊 that's fun for everyone 🙌🏻 they are every hour. In general, I recommend it!

A very cool water park. The territory is huge, there are slides of different heights and lengths for children. There are a couple of slides for adults. Bar, self-service restaurant, sun beds. The water is clean, the temperature is 34 degrees. My children didn't want to leave. There is also a spa area for extra money.

The last couple of times the pool was closed for reconstruction, first one, then the other. They could have warned about this, or at least made discounts. I won't say that everything is completely bad, but in some steam rooms the doors are broken, the toilets are sometimes in unusable condition, the staff is not always efficient, there are so many people that you can stand in the pools, not swim. Food also happens when and how, most likely from when it was cooked.
You can go once a year.

I'll be honest, I didn't really like this water park because I paid quite the full amount for myself, but when I saw the water park I was disappointed the price did not meet expectations and the like. The food and drinks were also very long awaited. there were so many people that I couldn't even drop an apple, although it was a working day, the slides didn't work half the time, especially the children's ones, they all closed that day, I think it's wrong. basically there were pools, many were very dirty with muddy water, the price does not justify the feeling of having paid 10,000 for myself and in vain. they can't even make curtains in the shower cabins, everyone goes through and sees each other naked. Do you know what personal space is? The atmosphere there is also so-so, there are really no adult slides, there was only one open and then there was a queue to stand on it for more than an hour until you wait for a bun until you get up until you take a queue until you reach this slide. to be honest, I advise you to visit another water park for the same price, but only with other features, I do not advise! Make more slides, then maybe it will last up to three.

4 stars only because of the cuisine and drinks. We often come and recommend this place to friends. Miami spa is very pleasant, the baths are excellent, and the pool is warm, with a bar.
