Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review for the Miapera Hotel 4*. She stayed at the hotel from 09/12/2025 to 09/19/2025 alone. I'll start with the pros, which are much more than the cons here.) - while still in Russia, I contacted the hotel representative several times through What'sApp, he was in touch all the time, answered any questions; - since I arrived at the hotel very late, I was naturally checked into a ready-made room on the top floor immediately, and they helped with my luggage; - the "Single" room, I got a combo of discounts and eventually, with the promo codes applied, I bought a hotel stay for 7 nights for 22,000 rubles. with breakfast. For a hotel of this level and in such a place, it's just a gift.; - the sound insulation is excellent, nothing was heard at all, except for the noise from the street, since there is a bar with tables on the street diagonally from the hotel and football is broadcast there almost every evening. But closed windows, air conditioning and earplugs helped me. Room cleaning is daily; - the elevator is working properly, there are two of them, but you can only ride in them together. He doesn't bring any more people.; - the breakfasts are modest, but delicious. I was so full that I could just have a snack at lunch. There are always boiled eggs, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, nuts, dried apricots, jam, several types of hot dishes, delicious juice from carafes, brewed coffee. Coffee is paid from the coffee machine. It is very pleasant to be at the breakfasts, because the design and atmosphere have; - the hotel itself is stylish, clean, new furniture, good repair in all areas; - the location of the hotel is beyond praise, this is exactly what I needed: Istiklal is literally a step away, but there is no noise from it. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Taksim Square, and 20 minutes to walk to the end of Istiklal at a leisurely pace in the other direction. The nearest bus stop is just 5 minutes away. This is the ideal location of a city hotel in Istanbul; - I found a wonderful restaurant of Indian cuisine "Taj Mahal" right in front of the hotel. Since I really love Indian cuisine, and all such establishments have closed in my city, I had dinner here every day. I've never been poisoned, everything was fine.) Cons: - the pool was renovated in the SPA area, so it was not possible to swim; - there was no hot water in the evening for several days in a row and there was a small pressure in general. I called an engineering specialist, he was doing something outside the room and hot water appeared. But on my birthday, the hot water in the entire hotel was turned off in the morning. At first, the hotel thought that I was the only one without hot water, I waited almost 3 hours for the issue to be resolved, but in the end they said that the problem was all over the hotel and I went for a walk on my birthday and celebrated a little differently than I wanted. But the hotel staff was in constant contact with me, brought Turkish coffee and Turkish delight in the room, and apologized. Bottom line: the hotel is an excellent choice for those who need to stay in a stylish location, one step away from one of the main streets of the city and who like to walk a lot.)

The hotel is excellent, very friendly staff, always helped in case of problems. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfasts are good. The pool wasn't working, but we were notified about it right away, so there were no questions. There are many tourist spots nearby, stops for public transport, there is a place to eat, Istiklal is nearby, so the location is excellent)
