Excellent hotel, excellent service, helpful staff, excellent cuisine. If it would be possible to put a score of 10, it would be exactly 10! Huge rooms, very clean, great breakfast. And what kind of waiters - I can't tell you. The chef is constantly in the hall, everything is under control, it's amazing. Super, super, super. I definitely recommend it. The location is also pleasing. You went down and walked beautifully along the boulevard and after 10-15 minutes you are in the very center on fountain square. I chose it very carefully and I am sincerely glad that we stayed here. You won't regret it, believe me.

The best city hotel we've been to. Friendly service (the attitude has not changed during the week of stay), constant compliments to the room, cool, delicious breakfasts, very tasty cuisine in the restaurant (and what is important around the clock), convenient, delicious and again round-the-clock room service, wonderful Spa (and wonderful staff in it), spacious, chic rooms, regular, good cleaning, convenient location and especially the entrance (it is sometimes difficult to go up the hill a little after many kilometers of daily runs), its own Parking. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby.
I'll rate my feelings right 10 out of 5. If in doubt about the hotel, do not hesitate to take this one.

Great hotel!!! The service is at the highest level! Good breakfasts, a restaurant on the 10th floor with panoramic views, thanks to the chefs! It is located within walking distance from all the attractions. Nice spa area. The rooms are clean, spacious, daily cleaning.

The hotel left a positive impression and pleasant emotions.
Attentive and friendly staff, all offer their help.
At the entrance, the suitcases were immediately taken away, treated to a cocktail, and quickly decorated.
The chef is present at breakfast.
At breakfast, the staff, along with the boss, congratulated the hotel guest on his birthday, presented him with a cake with a candle, a glass of champagne, and turned on congratulatory music.
Almost everyone speaks and understands Russian.
The room is large in design, there are many different lights.
A wide two-meter bed with a wonderful mattress and comfortable pillows. Clean and fresh bed linen, towels, bathrobes, toiletries are available.
A baby cot was provided upon request.
Normal room cleaning.
I really liked the breakfasts, everything is freshly prepared and most importantly delicious.
Delicious fresh pastries, locally made pancakes, fritters, omelets are prepared online, several types of sausage, two types of sausages, a lot of dried fruits, jams (jams), honey in honeycombs, a variety of cold snacks (eggplants were especially liked), fresh vegetables and fruits.
We didn't stay hungry after such a breakfast.
We ordered lunch in the room from the restaurant, and also had pleasant impressions.
In the evening, the bar is open on the enclosed veranda, my husband really liked the service. You can order a hookah.
The hotel is conveniently located to the center / old town and the promenade on foot in about 20 minutes.
There is a 24-hour Turkish delight store next to the hotel, and a small market behind the construction site, where tall houses are located.
We definitely recommend the hotel, I want to return to this hotel.

Within walking distance from the iconic places, from the embankment. The hotel is 5. The service, the rooms themselves, the comfort is excellent. There is a spa complex. There is a buffet breakfast, a very varied menu. Friendly staff and a very beautiful place. There is a large supermarket nearby. And to the sea by car 20-40 minutes

A pleasant place, I had wonderful impressions. Hospitality and taking care that the guest feels good.
Starting with a meeting at the reception with homemade lemonades, a compliment with fruits and wine in the room, bathrobes, rubber slippers, sheets in the SPA.
Everything has been done for comfort and convenience.
Among the advantages: a stunning room, carpets in the hallway and in the room (I hate tiles on the floor in the room).
Of the cons: the camera in the women's locker room in the SPA was annoying))

A modern hotel in a new building. Friendly staff. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, safe, hairdryer. Breakfast dishes are updated - salads, cheese, omelette, etc. There is a hammam and a spa. We asked for two rooms side by side, and it turned out that way🙂

A great hotel at a budget price. We were passing through, stopped for 2 days. We were satisfied with everything. A good breakfast with a view of Baku (a breakfast place with a viewing platform). Good location, not far from the embankment. Spacious room with modern design.

A wonderful hotel. We arrived early in the morning, we were arranged for early check-in. A compliment in the form of fruits and sweets was brought to the room. In honor of March 8, the standard room was replaced with an improved one. Everything is new, fresh, clean. The bed linen is snow-white, the bath accessories are pleasant. The breakfasts are hearty and varied, like all inclusive in Turkey. The staff is uncooperative. So far, this is the best hotel in the history of travel. I recommend

A wonderful hotel in the center of Baku. Convenient location. Within walking distance of the metro 28 May, 28 mall, old town, circus, Heydar Aliyev Palace. Polite staff. Cozy atmosphere. The view from the windows of the flame towers. Special thanks for including in the room rate a visit to the gym, sauna and hammam. An indelibly pleasant impression. I love this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Huge rooms with beautiful lighting. Friendly staff.
The SPA is open until 12 am!!! The SPA has a chic hammam and Finnish sauna, there is no saving on towels, excellent water pressure in the shower. Good breakfasts - prepare an omelet in real time.
The restaurant has a gorgeous view of the city on the veranda.

I liked the room itself, I liked the restaurant too. But the room cleaning is so-so...It's just that yesterday's wet towels were folded neatly and put on us again...They didn't even change it to fresh ones. And so on several times. Overall, the impression of the hotel is pleasant.
