In general, the hotel justifies its rating. Everything is clean, cozy, large-scale and respectful to the tourist. We upgraded the room category and received royal mansions at a standard price. I was especially pleased with the birthday greetings at the breakfast, the staff is friendly and tries very hard. But there are some minor nuances.: 1. The location is not very central, of course you can walk, but it is more realistic to use a taxi on a regular basis, especially if you have a lot of excursions from the old town 2. Jacuzzi in the spa center, two bowls with very hot water, where the predominant contingent is local men 3. Breakfast is large-scale and varied, but it doesn't seem like everything is delicious and bland in places. 4. Some problems with the replenishment of cosmetics and hygiene products, for some reason they did not give toothpaste on principle, although they asked for it 5. It was cool at the end of October in the room, there was no heating yet Otherwise, everything is fine, thanks for the emotions and a great start to the birthday!

A wonderful hotel where everything is excellent: large, clean rooms with a good bathroom, comfortable mattress and pillows, varied breakfast, friendly staff who are ready to help in everything and at any time of the day. The old town is 15-20 minutes away at a leisurely pace. I recommend.

The best city hotel we've been to. Friendly service (the attitude has not changed during the week of stay), constant compliments to the room, cool, delicious breakfasts, very tasty cuisine in the restaurant (and what is important around the clock), convenient, delicious and again round-the-clock room service, wonderful Spa (and wonderful staff in it), spacious, chic rooms, regular, good cleaning, convenient location and especially the entrance (it is sometimes difficult to go up the hill a little after many kilometers of daily runs), its own Parking. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. I'll rate my feelings right 10 out of 5. If in doubt about the hotel, do not hesitate to take this one.
